Royal Mail really you let you and me down on this service. I received a message saying the parcel had been left in a safe place as no one at home. On following up with the recipient she found it is her refuse bin with no message saying where the parcel had been left. Awful service and I recommend you follow up with them.

I rang customer service for help with a re order and a delivery. The lady on the phone was exceptional. She was very professional. She was polite and at the same time she was very friendly. She made me feel comfortable with the questions I asked and she answered everything , showing she was knowledgeable in her role. She provided a high level of customer service. My query was resolved completely and I was left feeling confident and satisfied that my order was complete.
