I suspected the visit I received from a company purporting to act on behalf of a government agency was a scam. I did not let them sign me up for a £4,000 PV Regulator and they were very unhappy when I said I would carry out my own research, which I did with Think Green Partners, who upgraded my system earlier this year. On the phone, their Customer Services Agent was really helpful, explaining that many of their customers had been conned by similar companies and indeed some of them had paid to the bogus organisations. The Agent kindly checked my system from their end and all is OK. She was really helpful and provided an excellent Customer Service

I was expecting the workmen coming at 9am as requested and they turned up early at 8:45am which I appreciated. They were efficient in installing the storage battery and respected my property.

Great customer support and back end staff. The support from Hardeep, Amber and Josie has been top quality and I was very happy with their initial sales process as well. Great engagement and support in getting myself up and running with everything I needed. The only reason this isn’t a 5 is that the fitters have been a bit of a mixed experience - some excellent and professional, others more middling. But it all resulted in a product we were very happy with

I have never had an honest answer from this company but have been palmed off with excuses. All so called technicians who attended our property have had no knowledge of how to fix any fault. We have been cheated by being provided with 2dud batteries at a cost of thousands. The batteries were taken away and only one returned which still does not work.
Talk about pray on the elderly.

From their first contact I felt that I could trust them - having had a bad experience with a previous firm and they completed the required installation promptly.

I had a great experience with John, the customer service was unmatched.

Harrison and Jake arrived early and cleaned and checked our solar panels in double quick time. They were polite but I was concerned that Jake was on the roof without any safety equipment.

1. TGP attended the appointment on time.
2. There was insufficient room for the batteries so TGP helped me reorganise my store room.
3. There was a complication logging in the new controllers but TGP loaded it for me.
4. The equipment is working excellently.

All involved with the process were excellent.

Great service and great cutesy manners, would recommend them to anyone.

Wonderful company to deal with, I ordered some batteries for my solar panels and booked an appointment to have them installed. To my horror I didn’t have enough money to pay for them. The company installed them and waited for me to get the funds. I’ve never experienced that before.

From the first phone call on June 1st 2023, asking for an assessment visit, to the latest, checking that I filled in a form correctly on June 29th 2023, TGP's staff have been prompt in their response, efficient, polite and helpful at all times. I found the attitude of everyone, from the 'top man' to the engineers and the office staff, most positive and information given clear and helpful. My installation is now complete, running very well and feel confident that I shall be supported should I have any question or problem.

I would thoroughly recommend this firm to anyone interested in solar installations.

The guys who came to install by solar batteries made an excellent job of it, a neat and tidy solution. They worked hard on a sweltering hot day, and left everything clean and tidy, having explained the workings to me in understandable layman's terms.
They were cheerful and helpful throughout, and I think I have had really good service.

Your rep Phil Pardy was persuasive in preliminary visit on 01.06 - worth at least 4 stars.
Your team arrived on 06.06 to instal an i-boost, clean the solar panels and check which panel was defective.
1. I was initially rather alienated by being addressed as 'mate' which didn't help the atmosphere!
2. The i-boost was duly installed, so far as I know, properly.
3. The team weren't equipped to clean the panels properly (no brush) and merely sprayed water over them: there are still bird droppings on at least two of the panels. The whole process was approached very casually.
4. Phil Pardy had established that one panel was not functioning: team leader told one of the team to 'have a look ' as he was spraying water on the panels, which was the only concession to checking. I was informed by the team leader that everything was working: he said he had been on the job for ten years and knew what he was talking about. Whereupon the team departed. I checked on the inverter in the annexe roof - which confirmed what Phil Pardy had observed, which was that only 11 of the 12 panels were working.
5. A comparatively minor point - I hope - was that the team leader had dated the Job Sheet '5/06/22' - just one year out...
6. I rang you on the 6th June and made the above points - I assume the invitation to write a review was the outcome of that call.
7. So, I still have one panel not functioning and I still have bird droppings on some panels.
