We did have a couple of 'snagging' problems when the job was first done, but customer services kept dealing with the issues and all was resolved to our satisfaction. Pleased with software and finally some nice clean panels.

I had a company call me advising I had issues with the system that I wasn’t aware of. I wasn’t sure how they could know this so I called TGP to be sure, the office checked out my system online and reported no issues found, I was even provided with proof via screen shot - can’t fault the team thanks

Great help and response to a concern about a possible malfunction in the system.
The technician who came out and checked the system was helpful and knowledgeable and able to confirm that the solar installation was working OK.
The staff at HQ always check back after a visit to make sure all is well and have helped to get settings altered remotely.
Overall good service

Cannot fault any of the team. All very efficient. All works completed within a week of first contact.

Liked the attitude and knowledge of the people who came to install batteries etc.
Disliked the communication of head office. Eg getting a battery delivered to my house without asking me. I had to wait in for the battery which didn’t arrive before 12 as advised but after 2.30.

The engineer that came and installed my new Lux Ac Battery charger was very tidy with the installation.The unit is working perfectly with my 4 battery’s and taking the charge during the early morning at off peak rate with the Octopus scheme.I am now getting very low power charges for my usage during the day as my battery storage at very cheap rate is supplying my electricity.Very pleased with the installation supplied by think green partners.

My Feed in Tariff meter failed and had not move for more than a week, I reported it to TGP, I spoke with Preet who after asking routine questions to ensure it was not a fault elsewhere in the system. Once confirmed it was a meter fault she arranged a replacement meter to be fitted. This was done a couple of days later and now all is back on line. Thanks to all involved.

Workmen turned up within time frame quoted and completed job in slightly over 2 hours. They tidied up and took away item that needed replacing.

We have prompt and helpful service especially from Preet at the main office. We hope this service continues.

Recently had battery storage system fitted by think green partners and have had no issues I am happy with the service I have received so far . Thank you think green partners !

TGP added 3 batteries and a LuxPower Inverter to my Solar panels 2 years ago which enabled Octopus Energy to charge me for electricity at variable half hour commercial rates, cheaper at night, which I had remote control of via my Laptop. This worked well and saved fuel bills.
Unfortunately in September, the system suddenly stopped charging and the batteries went flat.
I phoned Preet at TGP and she arranged to test and recharge the 3 batteries and they were collected soon afterwards. They were returned charged several weeks later but the non-charging fault persisted.
I discussed this with Preet and she promised to get the manufacturer Lux to remotely test the Inverter.
After a few days she rang me to say they had found a fault and would replace the Inverter free under guarantee. That was Friday and the following Tuesday, Nick delivered the replacement and fitted and tested it and helped me to reset up my laptop to remotely set the charging times. So all was then working well and back to normal.
I must thank Preet for her conscientious and friendly help in getting this fixed.

Due to reason I communicated with TGP I have had wonderful service, excellent advice and a very sympathetic response.

I would like to thank, Think Green Partners for their excellent service over a number of years, When you contact the team in the office they are both efficient and extremely helpful. the team of engineers that are out on the road in all weathers are knowledgeable at fixing any concerns.

Cannot fault the service. Installation was on date and time as arranged; the installers did a good clean job and the pigeons are gone from under our panels! The app is very informative. Obviously, can’t comment yet on the efficiency or cost saving of the batteries as only installed 4 days ago

It took some time to get a response from Customer Services and I had to ring a second time, but once I got through they put me in touch with an engineer immediately who was very helpful.

TGP engineer call this week. He found all was well except one of our solar panels was not performing to its max.
It is very reassuring that TGP are keeping an eye on things.

Oakley & Alfie came to fit another battery & put in a double socket for EPS in the event of a blackout. They were very friendly helpful guys who even took some things out of my loft for me while they were up there. They worked quickly & were very tidy. I have only ever had a bad experience with fitters once & i have been dealing with TGP for several years. The office staff are always polite & friendly & try to sort problems out quickly.
