Very rugged cable

Easy to order online, delivery and time expected notifications was great, product arrived as expected. I ordered an eight meter EV cable but the bag that came with it was a tight fit that I have to swap my 5m old EV cable bag to fit the 8m cable. I would have given a full 5 star if the bag size that came with it corresponds to the longer cable that can easily fit.

Reasonable overall. Price on the high side.
Would have preferred the cable to be a brighter colour than black for safety and avoid tripping over the cable when dark.

Good quality charger. Delivery was quick and efficient. I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks now, no issues at all. Strong recommendation for anyone looking for a 3rd party charger for an EV or plugin Hybrid.

Good quality, charge rates are optimal, quick delivery and rubber covers are a nice adequately snug fit to protect the ends. Not all cables I looked at seem to have these.

I came to know about Third Rock Energy from a recommendation on social media. Customer reviews were very positive and I was able to find what I needed very quickly on their website. The ordering process was simple to use with good payment options, and the delivery cost being included in the price was good to see. I placed my order with the expectation of delivery in two working days. Online communication was simple and effective, and my tracked DPD delivery turned up exactly as promised. Packaging was good and the product was exactly as described. I've now used my 3-pin EV charger for a couple of extended charges and it has worked well for me, allowing me to set the amperage of my choice and providing useful feedback in the built-in display. This has been an all-round good experience so far, from which I am happy to recommend this highly effective company. Thanks Third Rock Energy, I'll be back if I need any of your other products.

Delivered what was ordered in a timely fashion. Pleased with the quality of the product.

Good device made to a good standard and quality sold at a competitive price. Only criticism is you have have it unplugged before turning it on and setting the timer/ampage. That's a pain having to do each evening.

Seems a well made product, although they forgot to put the velcro straps onto the cable before fitting the plug. Therefore the straps are going to get lost soon!
Charger has been out in the rain a few time with no signs of any adverse effects- yet;
Only had the charger about 3 weeks so time will tell.
