Did not like the state of the plants one was not in very good condition on arrival stem was broken into replanted but did not make it

Delivery of my plants was terrible ,box was delivered upside down all the plants were bashed and damaged,not your fault ,I contacted Evri who are looking into it but was to.d to contact yourselves . Very disappointed as lupins, delphiniums and hollyhocks are delicate at that stage anyway .
I’ve still planted them and hope they recover ,I took photos .As i say the fault lies with Evri and they say you can contact them regarding the issue .

The packets of seeds were at a good price and arrived within 5 days,

Plants were a week in transit and when they arrived, in very high temperature, they were very pale and leggy, did not look very healthy at all. I have planted them but will have to nurse them to good health. Certainly not the happy, healthy plants I was expecting.

Delivered one item to old address after amendment to address. Two different o/no with one showing correct address but still got it wrong. Second item was intercepted by me while it was on it's way again to old address.It took 2 weeks to the get items from original order date after original order said dispatch within 24 hours. At least they got here safely. Won't be ordering again from here.

Good plants, quick delivery, excellent prices.

A delivery of a sunflower and it was mildewed. I wrote immediately and no-one responded. I would like my payment repaid.

The plant is dead, I have tried, the plant obviously needed water the leaves curled.
Really disappointed.

The seeds for under £1 sale was a real bargain, and they were delivered very quickly.

Plants arrive and die in no time, fruit trees arrive dead and postplugs are hopeless.

Best quality seeds, bare-root plants, potted plants, and plug plants. I have been their customer since April 2025. Any complaints about the plants will be addressed immediately, and a replacement will be offered for damaged ones.

Good delivery and good plants

I ordered an outdoor furniture set in April. While it arrived within two weeks, the experience turned into an absolute nightmare from there.
During self-assembly, we found screws missing, and the table simply would not align properly. Within just two weeks of light use, the base of the sofa started bowing. I emailed customer service in May—well within the 30-day window—and received zero replies to multiple emails. Out of nowhere, a delivery email appeared, and a replacement sofa base arrived, but with no explanation and nothing addressed regarding the faulty table.
After continued silence to further emails, I had to open a Resolver case. What followed was months of back-and-forth, including quite rude replies from some representatives. I was initially told they couldn't send parts and that a full replacement table would be sent. Nothing arrived within the promised 7 days. Then, another rep got in touch asking us to take the table apart and try re-aligning it ourselves—which we refused, given we were already promised a replacement.
After escalating, I received a phone call offering a £50 partial refund alongside the replacement table. Given that it was by then July, this felt pretty insulting for three months of hassle. To make matters worse, when the replacement table finally arrived, it was in even worse condition than the original!
At that point, I refused the £50 and insisted on a full refund and collection of the set. The Head of Customer Service then asked us to disassemble and pack it up ourselves for collection, which I refused—it is not my job to pack up their defective product.
In the end, I did get a full refund (and discovered they’d randomly given us an unexplained £20 back in May), but I have been left to dispose of the faulty furniture myself.
Thompson & Morgan's customer service is appalling, and the product quality is terrible. Save yourself the stress, pay a little extra, and buy a proper set elsewhere.

Recently bought plug geraniums which are absolutely brilliant and some dahlias which also are lovely plants and arrived promptly and well packed

I have used Thompson and Morgan for years and have been happy with them from order to delivery.

Great prices in sale & order arrived quickly. Hope seeds do well when planted next year.
