Beautiful Cards and Excellent Service
I've had a fantastic experience with Thortful. The range of cards is excellent, with plenty of unique, funny, and thoughtful designs to choose from for any occasion.
The ordering process is simple and straightforward, and the cards have always arrived on time and exactly as expected. The print quality is excellent, and it's easy to personalise cards to make them extra special.
What really stands out is the convenience and reliability of the service. It's taken the stress out of finding the perfect card, and I've always been impressed with the finished product. I wouldn't hesitate to use Thortful again and would happily recommend it to others.

Overnight delivery turned into 2nd class post
Overnight delivery it said. Delivery details available on next page, it said. Pay first, it said. ‘Bing!’ Money taken and ‘we are sending it to you - not the recipient - at (accidentally) the correct address, but by second class mail so it will arrive at least two days late’. And no way or opportunity offered to rescind that. Worst £11.45 I’ve spent this week.

Boxful of disappointment
£14.98 for a pair of novelty socks, contained within a cardboard box, wrapped in a cardboard sleeve contained within another cardboard box.
I'd suggest the £2.99 48hr delivery cost is the most expensive part of this load of landfill.
The inner box which I assume is supposed to be "the birthday card" is blank so no indication that it even is a birthday card, not even 'A Happy Birthday!' to spoil its pristine white empty interior. From looking at their website to personalise "the card" is yet another additional cost over & above the additional cost of the novelty socks (which will never be worn).
Honestly whichever of my unknown friends purchased this I would rather they had saved their money or donated it to charity instead of wasting it on this overpriced tat.

At thortful, we have a strong commitment to sustainability, operating with a print-on-demand model, using 100% recyclable materials, vegan inks, and partnering with environmental organisations to offset their carbon footprint. The inner card that held your gift is the greeting card that the sender chose for you; this can be personalised with a message, free of charge, but it sounds like the sender forgot to include one on this occasion. The cardboard sleeve is to protect the card and can be used to present the gift as an alternative to gift wrapping. The outer brown cardboard box is a standard box for postage to protect the contents inside during transit.

Quality of the card is really poor
Quality of the card is really poor. Arrived nicely packaged but the expensive sweets I added to the card were not of the same size as in shops, much smaller for far more money. So all in all a rip off. ONCE BITTEN, TWICE SHY.

We print our cards with a matte finish, on 300gsm card stock, in order to give all of the designs from our lovely creators a beautiful, premium finish. We believe that using a shiny laminate can cheapen the great designs our creators upload, as well as having harmful effects for the environment, so this is why we opted for this finish.
It does say this on our product page for each card, but it could be that we need to make this more prominent.
