Products are absolute garbage.
Bought my son a T598 for Christmas, it was faulty when he opened it and had to be replaced with a new one which went faulty last month.
Support sent out a new power supply, which didn’t fix the issue, so now I’m just being ignored and not getting any responses on my ticket.
Just avoid them, the products are flimsy garbage that are not fit for purpose and the support is shocking.

Oh my goodness. If I could write a NEGATIVE review I would. I use the TCA Boeing yoke and Jesus Christ. I’ve had it for about 2 years, and just a year ago I put it away standing up. Grabbed it back about 3 months ago and it had insane, I mean INSANE amount of stick drift. I would not even touch the yoke and it moved FULLY left. It genuinely pisses me off so badly it’s not even funny. Doesn’t work at all I tried it in Microsoft flight simulator multiple times and it just does not cooperate with me.

Poor quality just about everything.
I had ordered myself a HEART controller as I prefer the shape of Xbox controllers, as well as their easy combability with PC games.
After struggling with placing the order due to their website being so slow that it would sign me out while I was waiting for things to process multiple times, I finally got my order placed.
Their communication on how long it would take to ship was very unclear, telling me that it would be here in "5 to 7 business days," which it did not arrive in that time, I sent an email to support asking if something had happened as I had no tracking information whatsoever. It turns out that "5 to 7 days" is actually how long it takes them to prepare the controller and hand it off to the shipping company, which would be fine if they just said that, rather than telling me it would be here in that time and then spamming me with emails about how it's "almost in your hands" and "right there and ready to be played with."
It finally arrives after 12 days, which again the shipping time isn't my biggest issue, and I plug it into my PC, get forced to download an app from the Microsoft store, which the one it linked me to turned out to be the wrong one. After finding the right one, it updated its firmware, and then just worked.
It took some getting used to for the buttons, but generally was a fantastic controller.
Around a week or so later, it started to have rare, short bursts of disconnecting, which has progressed to happening nearly all the time making the device practically unusable.
While trying to contact support, I have run into the same issue of their website being so slow, that while waiting for things to load on their end, I get signed out and have to start again. It took me two hours to even get to the page to create a ticket, which prompted me to upload some information about the device that hasn't even gone through anyway. I've just had to wrestle with the page again, after numerous sign outs and "page not responding" to try and upload those things.
I'll have to see if I can get my problem fixed, but I do not think I'll ever buy a product from here again after talking with a friend about their experience with a different controller of theirs which also broke within a couple of months of somewhat regular use, then after purchasing a replacement, also broke within a similar time frame.
For the prices they charge, the durability really should be matching the quality because it's kind of disgusting that their products seem to break so quickly.

Customer support has been useless. They have asked me to resubmit documents and videos twice now despite them already being on the support page, and both support team members have asked me "have you tried turning it off and on again" level of questions even though the description for the problem already lists and mentions everything they ask.

Bought a Ps5/Pc farmstick to use paired up with one of their steering wheels but it started showing an issue with the ministick on it so I asked for assistance with the product.
Total nightmare, website is extremely slow, on the edge of being impossible to use, now they’re waiting for me to upload a video on the documents section in my account on the website (cos obviously that’s the only way they will be able to see it, no wetransfer, icould or such!!!) and after two days it just doesn’t work, it never gets uploaded, gets stuck showing an uploading status and that’s it!
It’s a shame because the product itself change the game completely and not being able to use it’s sad!!
Fix the website!!

After prolonged used use of your gaming accessories i have nothing bad to way. I am satisfied Sith the support And the response time. Only one thing I would reproach Is about base of T818. It's only my take? If you never thought about putting T818 on PS5, you should have players know from the start.

Thrustmaster has TERRIBLE customer service!! If you have an issue they will make you go through hell to get any service done! I ordered the new Raceline pedals loadcell upgrade kit & the brake pedal works but it won't recognize the gas & clutch pedals inputs at all. I've been trying for over 3 weeks now to get help or a refund & they are making everything very difficult!!!
Also had the disconnection issue with my wheelbase! DON'T BUY THRUSTMASTER PRODUCTS!!!

Updated: If I could downgrade this review to a 0 Star I would…. After posting this review Thurstmaster reach out to me, not to make the situation better but to offer exactly the same resolution! Even when I asked if I could obtain a discount code to waive shipping by purchasing a different set the offer was refused. I have NEVER had such poor customer service as I have had from Thrustmaster
Purchased a wheel and pedal set via Amazon in late 2025, the pedal set lasted only a couple of months with moderate at best use before the accelerator pedal broke.
Emailed Thrustmaster customer support and was initially offered a replacement set, or the parts to mend them myself, as I have a busy life and didn’t fancy attempting the repair myself I requested a replacement set which seemed initially very efficient.
After a few days I received a follow up email requesting photo / video of the fault which I then sent, only to be told they would not in fact offer me the replacement but I would have to send the pedal unit to them for repair, thus taking additional time for something that should not have broken in the first instance. Not only that I would also have to supply by own packaging to send the unit to their team in France, and take time out of my day to drop it off / be in for collection by fedex.
Having had some back and forth with their after sales team, I requested again they replace the unit as originally offered, this is something which was again and again ignored / declined, I then asked this be escalated to management however the agent I was dealing with was outright unhelpful instead simply replying this was the view of his manager too and that it would not change the outcome.
I am yet to send the pedal unit for replacement as I simply don’t have the time on my day to source / pack and wait around for a courier. Will likely end up purchasing another unit however it will not be a Thrustmaster product given their poor quality and terrible after sales.

STAY AWAY.
By far the worst brand for tech on the earth. The agent I spoke to is good however, the product is awful. I love the farmstick, it is great but that’s only when it occasionally works. Thrustmaster will most likely reply to this by saying, a member of our team is discussing it or something but I just wanted to tell everyone again, to not buy there products. Thrustmaster will not give me a refund or send me a new one, I have to send it back again apparently which is utterly annoying, I have been in contact with them since October. It has already been back for repairs and for it to go back again is ridiculous, I haven’t had much use out of it due to it always playing up or not working.

Never ever waste your money on a thrustmaster wheel or wheelbase. Multiple failures of highly expensive tech, and wheel, usually without any customer support. Absolutely terrible reliability and quality. Would recommend elsewhere.

Breaks all of the time, I have a t128 wheel and it’s broken for the 6th time and officially doesn’t turn back on again, what a pathetic wheel, when it works it works well but now it doesn’t even turn on anymore, fact is I’m quite gentle and it’s just the firmware that’s broken what utter garbage

My T598 Direct Drive base has been nothing but a nightmare. After 1 week of play, it had connection issues and was constantly disconnecting during games, which is a common fault for the system. Thrustmaster replaced the PSU and it worked for about 2 months before the same thing happened again. After raising another ticket for the same issue, they have offered to look at the Direct Drive base which means we have to pay for the packaging to return and it may take 3 weeks for diagnosis. When you are charging £450 for an item that is flawed, the customer service should be better and a quicker resolution. I have had nothing but scripted replies and unhelpful resolutions, completely unacceptable. We are expected to not have a replacement, fix , or quick turn around. And pay for the packaging of the faulty item. If you are thinking of buying this item, I would avoid at all costs.

I purchased the SF1000 and the adaptor for my son's recently purchased T598. Over a grand worth of equipment. The SF1000 F1 wheel has a screw that is seized and won't release rendering it useless. It was never even switched on. I requested to send it back and get a new one. But no, I have been told I have to accept and damaged item at delivery and its to be returned and repaired. OUTRAGEOUS! its almost a month now and apparently no complaints department to be heard of. No gestures of goodwill. Nothing for the money and time lost. Making customers paying full price accepted faulty and repaired products that takes a month just to get to the returns procedure. God knows how long I will be waiting to get it back. I can't even tell if the wheel works as its never been switched on. CUE generic reply from thrustmaster saying please contact our support team.I ALREADY HAVE LILE EVERYONE HERE, AND ITS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. I got a few weeks ago a SimTask FarmStick.
It worked quite well for a while but Z Axis start giving issues. Support was great and eventually I had to sent it up to be repaired and it was replaced.
It seems that Z Axis (rotation) is quite fragile probably due to quality control of product or design issues.
The new one seems more sturdy and have less play on Z Axis than the first one.

I’ve had a very good experience with Thrustmaster overall.
The products are high quality, well-built, and perform very well. You can really feel the attention to detail, especially if you're into sim racing. Ordering from their website is quick and easy, and the delivery process works reliably , my orders arrived without any issues.
The only downside is that customer support can be a bit slow to respond. While they are helpful, it sometimes takes longer than expected to get an answer.
Overall, I’m satisfied and would recommend Thrustmaster for their great products and solid performance.
