Resident tickets were £30 more expensive than the tickets a competitor put on sale in run up to the event, could not be transferred and the app locked me out 'for suspicious activity' days before the event which almost meant I couldn't access the event but got help from a Ticketmaster twitter account. Ticketmaster also couldn't answer three simple questions about the ticket and I spent days talking on chat and to AI bots and team members on email without any questions getting answered only for them to refer me to event website and organisers - and not resolve it themselves when quite simply about tickets!! Deeply dissatisfied, it was impossible to speak to a human in real time using one mode

Having queued for over an hour...the staff struggled to get their scanners to work with my ticket. Meanwhile people behind me were let in. The food selection was not great, small portions and overpriced. The support act didn't blend with the main act and the sound wasn't good for him. OMD gave a smashing performance but the night was let down by the rest.

I didn’t get to the concert at all because I couldn’t access my tickets. Very disappointed in the whole ticket master experience.

We live local to the park so it's easy for us to get there and back. Getting into the bowl was also no problem at all. The gig was great and the stage setup and screens were brilliant. Even the toilets were about the average. The only complaint is that the beer was £6.50 and. £7 for small cans that were warm! That's quite a lot of money for a small, warm beer 😕

The event got cancelled and I bought tickets in January and expected to get a refund on the event day (17 July) whilst I still have nothing and Ticketmaster are holding onto my money. Event was well know for its cancellation as it reached newspapers and media whilst it doesn’t seem Ticketmaster want to give back money. They are horrible with refunds and make you pay first but don’t want to refund you first. Horrible organisation for this event and Ticketmaster are sleeping when you need them. Customer support isn’t real on their app meaning I get no help.

The app is easy to use and communication leading up to the concert kept me well informed

Bruno Mars was absolutely incredible! From the moment he stepped on stage until the very end, the energy was nonstop. His vocals were flawless, the live band was amazing, and every performance had the crowd singing and dancing along. He’s such a talented entertainer and knows exactly how to put on a world-class show. Without a doubt one of the best concerts I’ve ever been to. If you ever get the chance to see him live, don’t miss it!

Some issues with receiving our tickets but resolved in time on the day so we enjoyed the concert 🥰

OMD at Kelvingrove Bandstand was absolutely fantastic. The venue was amazing (thankfully no rain!) and OMD were brilliant. The booking process was easy and straightforward, it was simple to add the ticket to your phone wallet and there were no hassles getting into the venue.

Answered my question and reassured me about my booking.

Ticketmaster blocked my app account with no clear explanation and would not unblock it so I had to sell my ticket on and miss the concert.
