service was fine: but we were forced into paying for transfer/coach because it’s the only tickets that were left. coach should be an option that forced. so we spent an extra £140 for nothing

Concert was great but no one at the arena knew where we should go for the vip merchandise package. Every person we asked said something different so we ended up wandering around for an hour! Needs to be better organised

The Band were outstanding and the venue okay. The major disappointment was ticketmaster continually sending messages to my mobile saying the event name had changed. It happened for weeks however on the day of the event it was happening continually & eventually my phone advised me to turn ticketmaster updates off otherwise it would drain my battery & I may not be able to access my phone wallet to show tickets for entry.

The layout of the event was far better than two years ago. Toilets very clean and the food was good the stewards were not helpful at the end of event by not knowing the gates or exits that were open to walk towards to ge out of the park. The arab festival was 10/10 organisers were very good that done the line up. Would go again.

Dreamland Margate is a great venue. The kooks were amazing as normal, great evening

Awesome performance from the streets at a great venue 🔥

Great venue, easy to get a drink, more toilet facilities needed.
Stranglers were highlight of the day, closely followed by the Sex Pistols

We went VIP which was great for the view and plenty of room to dance.
Reason for only 4 stars, as no separate toilets or bar.
Having done VIP at other venues and these were separate.
Plenty of staff and they were friendly and welcoming.
Location was easy to get to, I booked parking about 7 minutes away and this made all the difference in getting home.
Having got the train previously the length of time for the train was lengthy.

We went to the Sex Pistols and friends gig at Cardiff castle and enjoyed the whole experience. The venue is spectacular and well serviced. Easy access to toilets and bars/food.

The band's, Panic Shack, The Undertones, The Stranglers and the Pistols were all fantastic.

Resident tickets were £30 more expensive than the tickets a competitor put on sale in run up to the event, could not be transferred and the app locked me out 'for suspicious activity' days before the event which almost meant I couldn't access the event but got help from a Ticketmaster twitter account. Ticketmaster also couldn't answer three simple questions about the ticket and I spent days talking on chat and to AI bots and team members on email without any questions getting answered only for them to refer me to event website and organisers - and not resolve it themselves when quite simply about tickets!! Deeply dissatisfied, it was impossible to speak to a human in real time using one mode

Needing a refund due to external circumstances out of our control meant we could no longer make a show.

Having queued for over an hour...the staff struggled to get their scanners to work with my ticket. Meanwhile people behind me were let in. The food selection was not great, small portions and overpriced. The support act didn't blend with the main act and the sound wasn't good for him. OMD gave a smashing performance but the night was let down by the rest.
