Had exactly the tile shape and colour that I wanted. I was kept up to date with the delivery process and the tiles were delivered on a pallet by a very helpful driver. The tiles were protected and well wrapped. No damage to any of them. Will use again.

The shop had a big variety of products and the displays were lovely so it gave me a nice idea of how it'll look like on my house. The staff was also helpful and really friendly, communicating fast and efficiently with the warehouse. I'll definitely use them again.

Disgusting company. Would not give proof they attempted delivery as I was in the property at the time, said they had tried to deliver but when asked for tracking of the delivery never got it. Charged my elderly father for delivery and to put back in stock. Nothing on their website to state exact charges so charged what they like. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Initially they showed very good tiles and selected and ordered.
But to the surprise, the delivery was missed and waited 3 hrs after 2 days, but they just said it is ready but need to arrange, but later they said they missed to send the item and postponed for further 3 days.
They have inexperienced staff and they promise low price for the product. never use them to buy tiles. they don't keep up the promise.

There should be some sort of investigation against this company as it was the first time i went to buy tiles and was completely astonished how they treat their staff members like a slave...

Over a quarter of our tiles came damaged, a total of 20 tiles, leaving us unable to complete our patio. Customer service were useless, refused to help and disregarded any responsibility, leaving us over £200 out of pocket with a half laid patio. Do not use this company

Top marks for the guys in tilesdiy Colchester. Helped us out from start to finish. Our server Jordan knew everything there was to know, he helped us with measurements, price and quality. He even offered us a drink whilst we were waiting for the tiles to be brought to our car from the warehouse. 5/5 would highly recommend.

Fabulous service at Croydon store, Callum was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately when I went to place my order on the phone a week later I had to use the online service because I couldn’t get to the store in person and the store does not accept credit cards on the phone.

Bought tiles a while ago. Was very pleased with the service and amount of knowledge. They were happy to explain all sorts of things, and not just encourage me to buy the most expensive, but a good range of prices and styles. Will be going back for extra bits.

Absolutely disappointed and disgusted. I was told by the sales rep that my tiles needed to be matched to form a pattern otherwise it would look like what was on display (unmatched tiles). My tiler opened them up and saw they didn’t match. We both searched online and saw that these tiles did not match at tall. I complained online and it was completely dismissed and denied the error of the sale rep! So I really would advise you NOT to purchase tiles from here.

Managing your own project is never an easy task, but having Tiles DIY onboard made it all a lot easier.

Although we knew exactly what we wanted to achieve in the remodelling of our en-suite and knowing what we were looking for, the only thing left to do was hours of online research, visits to various shops and possible compromises to stay within budget. Having used another retailer for a previous home improvement project, we decided to stop by at Tiles DYI first and we are very glad we have done so.

From our very first visit (and there were quite a few) to when we came over to show the pictures of the finalised project (as requested by Jamie), Jamie and his team were always willing to help us. From talking about our project, to giving us advice on products and how it should be fitted/installed, to going through all the material we needed, to emailing us a full price list and making the changes we wanted... Oh, and the endless supply of sweets on their front counter.

One shop, one order, no compromises (instead, upgrades), under budget, from beginning to end, all personally checked by Jamie and his team and delivered to our front door. We could not be happier with our new en-suite, not only that, now starting to plan the remodelling of our family bathroom, we could not be happier to have found our "one stop shop" and even happier to know we can trust the team at Tiles DIY to take a personal interest in our needs and support us through the whole project with detailed knowledge of the products they supply, as well as a friendly service and great prices.

Extremely helpful, Jamie offered knowledgeable advice, great selection of tiles which we hadn’t seen in other showrooms.

Staff were great from start to finish with their expert advice and helpful manner,nothing was to much trouble thoroughly recommend and definitely use them again without hesitation.Oh and great sweets on the counter!!!!. Tiles look fantastic and reasonably priced too.

Terrible service! The wrong tiles were delivered after I had ripped out my whole kitchen and nobody called to let me know until I asked for the tiles to be delivered and had to cancel my tiler. If they had let me know straight away they had the wrong tiles in the warehouse I would’ve delayed ripping out the kitchen! Then I had to wait a further three weeks for the correct tiles and although they promised to call and let me know the new delivery times I had to repeatedly call them to find out delivery dates so I could rebook a tiler.

Couldn’t fullfil the order. Damaged goods sent. Hold ups. Say things are in stock when they are not. Had to go elsewhere for the things they could not deliver and found out I spent a lot more than I should have. Overpriced and then made me think I was getting a good discount which was not true compared to the price elsewhere. Try Chris Stevens Muswell Hill for a much better deal and customer service. Wish I had gone there first.
