The delivery company was late in delivering a 12pm dely .Got a credit for the difference in transport cost.

Fast reliable service. I've ordered several gift bags for events this year and have been very pleased with the quality and service.

Well packaged boxes of a high quality, and they arrived on time.

I always use the A4 white certificate boxes and small magnet close boxes. They exactly meet my bysiness needs and always arrive timely.

I must admit after reading the reviews I was not sure what to expect but I needn’t have worried. The boxes are great. If you fold the correct way, there’s no cracking as I’ve seen reported. I only ordered a few to sample but will definitely be back for more and in different colours too. The red are great quality and with the price being discounted - it makes them even better 😊

I find Tiny Box Company to be so great for my gift boxes. We had purchased some vintage items as presents and I needed some decent gift boxes to display them. Tiny Box had ideal sized boxes, really well made and such good prices. I wanted plain black well made boxes to show the items off and knew I would find them on their website.
I have used them before for boxing a present for our son a few years ago.
He found the box so sturdy and useful that he still uses it today.
They don't have minimum quantities and their delivery is really reasonable.
I ended up purchasing an extra couple of little boxes, as the prices were so brilliant.
Delivery was quick and the items were really good quality.

Really helpful customer service from Faith, who went above and beyond to get my item to me. My original order was lost by Evri, and I needed it as part of a special gift that I was giving. I requested a refund as I didn't think a replacement would arrive on time, but Faith sent one out with a next morning delivery timeslot via DPD. All arrived safely and the item is high quality and was well packaged. Thank you!

I cannot recommend this company enough!! I messaged them earlier this week and bought their personalised box for my husband to be after an order from Etsy came damaged and no resolution given. Nikki (from the company) was so unbelievably helpful, she expedited my delivery and manufacture. She checked on the status of my order and ensured that it was delivered in time for my wedding (14th June) it has arrived on the 10th June maybe two days after I ordered it! The customer service was outstanding and communication was impeccable!! When the order arrived, it came in a hard cardboard box, really well secured and the box inside was wrapped in paper to protect it! Not forgetting to mention, the quality of what I ordered is amazing!!! Honestly, I’m blown away! Thank you so much!!!

This is the first time I have used the Tiny Box Company. My daughter placed an order for me - I wanted white boxes for special gifts. I must admit I was a bit worried about the condition they would arrive particularly as they were for special gifts.

Today they were deliverd -

a. In a very large box with vast amounts of paper avoiding any possible damage to the boxes.
b. They were delivered as agreed
c. The boxes were beautifully made, satinised, look the part for a special gift but also very sturdy - not flimsy. They look very elegant, expensive.

I will definitely go back to The Tiny Box Company for any future orders.

I had a very disappointing experience with Tiny Box Company.

I placed an order for customised gold bar gift boxes with a specific design, and despite waiting, there has been no real progress at all. It feels like the order has just been sitting there with no action taken.

Communication has also been frustrating. Instead of clear updates or timelines, I’ve had to chase their support team multiple times without getting a proper resolution.

If the company is not able to handle custom design work, they should not be accepting such orders in the first place. This has caused unnecessary delays and inconvenience.

Overall, very unprofessional service. I would not recommend them, especially if you are working to a deadline or need reliable delivery.

Not only do I like their products I have also just had a fantastic customer service experience. My order had been delayed or possibly lost by the courier. When I contacted them to find out more I had a response within minutes to my email and - although not their fault at all, Rebecca at Tiny Box Company pulled out all the stops to re-send my order and ensure it arrived within a very short time. I am very happy with that outcome and will definitely remain a loyal customer for the future.
