I ordered two shirts at short notice for a special occasion and I could not be happier with the outcome. There were a number of emails and a couple of phone calls and the shirts arrived well in time and are of great quality and fit.

After looking for an “Escape to victory” allies shirt, I found one at Toffs. I called them about sizing and they were so wonderful. I spoke with a lovely person called Laura. She was so helpful with her information and knowledge on the product. It arrived the following day personalised as well with my favourite number. The shirt fitted perfectly and is of a decent quality. Highly recommended company and great staff.

Was so nervous to order a vintage Argentina shirt for a Christmas present. 1. Most sites looked dodgy 2. I didn't think it woul arrive on time.
I had seen so many bad reviews of other sites and a few bad ones of Toffs on here. But I took my chances with Toffs based on the positive reviews. My gamble paid off the short is absolutely gorgeous. Great material, woven badge. Delighted. Thank you Toffs. Delivery was incredibly fast too, which was a relief.
I need to exchange to a different size, so here's hoping their returns is a good as their merchandise.
I really want a short for myself now. #Jealous

Shipping from England to here in Toronto-Canada was faster than Kylian Mbappé running from endline to endline on a footie pitch. And as for the two ‘SFA’ shirts I purchased (Kenny ‘The King’ Dalglish #8 & Denis ‘The Lawman’ Law #10) both my son & I truly could not be happier with the overall look, fit & unrivalled attention to detail on each of our shirts either. Double check your items! Including under the armpits before you wear! I purchased a top and it was worn once and washed once and then I discovered a small hole in the armpit which has clearly been caused by a dropped stich! However, apparently this was caused by wearing once and washed once? Under the armpit?????
If you like Primark quality at designer prices then this is the company to use!

Thanks for the reply… however, I never requested for you guys to rectify the faulty item!! I wanted a full refund or a new replacement, which you declined. So please. Do not insult my intelligence, this hole has occurred from a dropped stitch not from being caught anywhere by anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have just received my personalised retro Brazil 82 football shirt , my first purchase from Toffs, excellent quality what more can I say.

I ordered a dumbell set to do armcurls and work out with 6 months ago. I have yet to re iece my dumbells! I got ripped off!!!!!

Customer service is terrible. Item out of stock but no communication and when I chased I got a rude response with no apology. Still waiting for my shirt.
Won’t buy from them again.

I bought a black rugby vintage jumper the one with the embroidered rose for England looks good a nice cheaper version of the Kent and curwen style however the material the rose is sewn onto has mostly come away when I washed it before use and the rest is bobbled so looks worn out

Still waiting for a shirt we ordered as a present in February. No idea when it will arrive but its a bit late now! I wont be ordering again from this company...

Ordered a shirt for my sons birthday. It was clear from the website that it would take slightly longer due to it being a kids shirt that is specially made but I went ahead with the purchase as my son had asked for it as I have a similar adult 1. I was emailed by toffs asking if it was a gift and that they could send a card out free of charge with a message for my son. This was a really nice touch and the card came quickly and was lovely to give my son on the day so he could look forward to it coming. The shirt arrived today and as always with toffs it is excellent quality and looks great. Thanks for a great service will 100% recommend and use again.

Congratulations toffs ordered a 1967 1970 Nottingham forest shirt on Friday 5th march at 1600 and
by Saturday 6th March it arrived and it was good quality.lm only saying this because I ordered the same top in November 2020 from SOCCER UK the money came out of my account the next day and it still hasn't arrived.No
reply to email or phone. Thank you toffs.

Just received a couple of tops I ordered and they are fantastic. Really good quality and great fit. Communication was first rate. Only downside was the time and could have mentioned the delay on the website but this is probably sorted now with the site upgrade.

I ordered a shirt from Toffs and at the time of order I was told that this would not be in time for Christmas. I said that this was fine and went ahead. The shirt arrived today, 2 days before Christmas. The quality is superb. The service exceptional. Will I be ordering again, hell yes. Very happy customer

I ordered a retro 1956 - 1962 Blackpool Football shirt and it's brilliant! The quality of the shirt is great and the badge looks the real deal. I had an approx 3 week wait for it and made an enquiry about the status of the order in that time, they were very responsive and taking into consideration the Covid carry-on, delays are understandable. What can I say, it was worth the wait! I believe this company is a UK family run business; supporting our own, I'd have no issue buying from then again.

Excellent service. Received a message stating that because of covid19 my order would be delayed due to staff shortages, if the items were time sensitive please message us. I did and they prioritized my order no fuss! Good quality products would recommend...
