Excellent service. Received a message stating that because of covid19 my order would be delayed due to staff shortages, if the items were time sensitive please message us. I did and they prioritized my order no fuss! Good quality products would recommend...

Ordered a liverpool 1978 away shirt.
Item has arrived however a crown paint shirt has arrived. Totally different shirt received. So disappointing.
I have emailed as I need a RMA number to return the I correct item.
I will write another review with hopefully successful return and new item received also covering my postage costs. Watch this space!

I have been a big fan of TOFFS retro shirts for a long time now, and I have bought shirts both directly from TOFFS and on various auction sites. I agree that delivery times can be a bit long sometimes, but I believe the quality is great and worth the wait. I find the website is quite good (easy to find your way round) and prices are fair so overall what’s not to like? I just received two shirts and as usual I am very satisfied.

Who are you & why are you trying to get $12.47 (odd amount) from me every month !

I, too, have been charged $12.47 from you for 4 months now and have no idea what we bought. I have been trying to find out but the phone number that shows up on my bank statement is not a good number - no surprise there! I have talked with my bank and I have to try to resolve this myself. I have just sent an email to the address on line and hope to get some kind of any answer back soon.

I order 6 months ago been taking 12.47 out of my checking account for 6 months ago tried to stop the payment wont stop taking money out of checking account. So just change my banking account so now they won't be able to get it anymore

So now for a honest review.
Indeed as other customers describe communication is not fast.
The seccond time i wrote there was a answer.
Al together after 2 weeks i received my order.
The compagny is defenitly no fraud since they always deliver their goods.
We are spoiled these days by 24 hours delivery, when a company takes longer we tend to rate them low.
But 2 weeks is not that bad ( also considering i live in Holland so international shipping )
Toffs has a great collections of shirts not availible in anny other store.
Good luck finding my Malta shirt or a Luxembourg or nice vintage Antwerp shirt.
Quality is just good, no risk there either.
Its just a nice collection of rare and vintage tee’s.
Overal curious what they will make in the future.
Mabey a 19th century England shirt?
Or since they are a part of the UK, Gibraltar 😄
So much nicer than going to your local shop and buy a plastic Barcelona shirt, you wil be person nr 1000000 with the same shirt.

Same issue that has previously been mentioned about this company.
Ordered a shirt for my Dad's birthday - then get an email stating my order is out of stock and could take up to 28 days. Too late!
Why not just advise the item is out of stock before ordering.
Feels like a bit of a scam to be honest. Very poor.

Really nice, good quality t-shirt bought for me as a gift.

Print started to flake after washing. I let them know and got a response within 24 hours offering a replacement straight away, no quibbling.

Order delayed by a couple of weeks. At no point was I given a tracking number by Toffs and I had to follow up myself. Then my contact details were not given to the delivery company and they were unable to deliver it. I then had to pay additional sotrage/delivery charges to actually get my top.

Great quality shirts, but rather pricey. You can buy cheaper replica shirts off eBay. My only gripe is the waiting times for delivery. If it is.not in stock like most of their shirts, you have to wait up to 3 weeks for it to be made and delivery.

Bought a shirt great quality ... wrong size but they sorted me a replacement thank you - top service!

So, I've received a retro shirt which is good quality and fits a treat BUT...I ordered it to include the number four! Problem is, the number has been placed far too high and is between the shoulders! Schoolboy error and not a happy bunny! On reading their returns policy, it says they will not accept returns where shirts have been personalised, I.e. with names and or numbers! This has somewhat pissed me off as the number is the problem...so I emailed them four days ago and I await their reply with interest!

The 2 football shirts I bought are very good quality and I was very pleased with then until yesterday when I saw a replay of two World Cup matches and the shirts are only similar to but not exact replicas. Toffs may dispute my claim but wrong colour of cuffs and collar and on the other shirt no sleeve stripes. I cannot see the teams making a subtle change for one game. I am still happy enough with them but I am now not so enthusiastic about purchasing more shirts on the promise of exact copies. I awarded a generous 4 stars purely on the quality aspect and close enough similarity to originals.

Just received 4 retro shirts from toffs
I asked for the inter milan and real betis which where long sleeved to be custom made to short sleeved, toffs was very happy to accommodate

I am really impressed. I have purchased two items from them in little over a month. One urgent and was out of stock, the other not so urgent and in stock. They delivered both on time and went the extra mile to ensure the out of stock item was delivered as required.

The shirts are great and their customer service was first class.

Just received a custom order I made over the phone last Friday. Great service, great help, great quality, quick delivery, would definitely recommend.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Awful Company, out to con people ( cannot believe the good reviews - can only assume they are a con as well & written themselves). Ordered a t-shirt for my husband, took money straight away & then said it would be out of stock for weeks, when I asked for my money back, low & behold it was sent next day! The quality was dreadful, was just a basic, cheap t-shirt with a motif on, my husband & myself thought it was worth £5 not £30. I returned it, knowing they would not pay my £3 postage fee which is fair enough, I heard nothing, chased up after 2 weeks & finally received a refund of £25. I returned the t-shirt in perfect, unused condition - no explanation as to why they have stolen £5 from me! Avoid at all costs - you are better off going to Sports Direct.
