I gave 3 stars because even though the shirt was of a great quality, the customer service response let's them down, I've got friends who say the same thing. In this day and age, I feel that customer service is important. They are so slow in responding to my email and twitter messages. Anyway, I have on 2 separate occasions bought shirts from Toffs and they sent the wrong sizes. I'm sure that the sizes are not correct. I've ordered XXL size but when I measured the shirt it was a L size even though the label said XXL. I've requested a exchange (again). Now still waiting for a reply.

I have purchased online a few occasions now for my son,I have always had good communication from staff and the shirts are excellent quality and wash well.most are made to order so can take longer but well worth waiting for. Highly recommend.

Ordered a shirt for a friends 50th and advised may be 14 days for delivery. After letting them know it was a present, they sorted production of the shirt and I received delivery in good time.
Excellent service.

Very unhappy with Toffs.

I ordered a shirt. Days later they email me to say that it's out of stock at the manufacturers and in their own warehouse.

Why can't they just say "out of stock" on their website?

I'm sure they could if they wanted to.

This is the second time this has happened.

Not an impressive experience.

I've recently bought my fifth item from Toffs , only to receive umpteenth confirmation of what I already knew too well. As far as retro shirts are concerned, Toffs is the best of the best. Quality of fabric and colours , extreme care for details , helpful attitude of the whole staff (with special mention for Maureen) ....what else ? If there had been a ten-star rating I would have given it to Toffs with no hesitation. Thanks...just thanks .Paolo

Have ordered from Toffs twice, have paid for next day delivery twice and following day get an email to say what i have ordered is out of stock. Surely Toffs can get their website to liaise with their stock control. Extremely annoying.I have asked for a refund on delivery charge (Toff's it's not the money it's the customer experience) - i have not heard back from them. Plus when items finally arrived the quality was extremely poor. It was as if they had purchased poor quality T shirts and put a print on them .

Recommend extreme caution when dealing with them

Ordered a few things which said they would be delivered in the next 1-2 days ( for a birthday present) to then get an email telling me they’re out of stock and it won’t be shipped till Monday! Not very informative and I wouldn’t of bothered if I new it wasn’t going to be here for the date I wanted it!

Purchased a Third Lanark retro shirt online, the quality is excellent, lovely item, would definitely buy from them again, highly recommended.

Lots of good bargains in a well organised shop. I purchased several home items which were all cheaper than my local big brand name supermarket. The high rating is mainly due to the lovely staff member Aiesha who helped me find things and then came looking for me in the car park with an item I'd left at the checkout.
The only thing that could be improved is the signposting on the car park which gave the name of the previous shop so I was unsure which was the Toffs parking area.

Fantastic product and excellent service. Got my Dad a St Mirren shirt for Christmas and he's delighted with it; a beautiful top, beautifully made. Received regular, friendly updates about delivery etc. Will definitely use again.

Excellent company purchased many items triple BT phone, wellingtons, cushions, and many other items. no problems at there Church Stretton shop very helpful we bought curtains and tiebacks off their website everything was fine but tie backs were shorter than we required the manufacturer would not take them back however Toffs refunded the money staff at head office very helpful can not fault them. would definatley use them again

Absolute Disgrace. Took a week to respond to emails, then when they finally did, they told me I'd have to wait 28 days for my shirt, which was for my brothers birthday so this was totally unacceptable. DO NOT USE

Clean and tidy shop lady who served me very pleasent . Well pleased overall i will be shoping there again.

Ordered a retro shirt for my husband, payment was taken, order was accepted, stated 1-2 days delivery. Didn’t arrive, called to enquire and was told that although I’d received an email confirming the order with no problems, a follow up email said there would be a delay of up to 28 days, an email I didn’t see for several days meaning (at 8 months pregnant) I had to run around last minute trying to find a different Christmas present for my husband. I pleaded them to turn it around in time but that apparently wasn’t an option. Enjoy the interest you make on mine & everyone else’s money you keep for a whole month before you do anything!
