Regarding the refund: our refund policy has not changed. When an order fails, the refund is always initiated automatically. However, there are two possible destinations depending on the payment method:
Original payment source (credit card, PayPal, etc.) — the refund goes back to where it came from
TOPUPlive balance — only if the order was paid with existing balance
If your refund was routed to the original payment method instead of your TOPUPlive balance, that would explain why it didn't show up in your account. Third-party payment processors typically take 3-7 business days to post refunds back to cards or e-wallets.

Took my money. Didn't give me my crystals. Money was then added as balance to my account. After speaking to customer service, they said there are restrictions in my IP region and I should change my IP. Seriously? Firstly, you don't just "change" your IP willy nilly. Secondly, you should have a message somewhere stating there are restrictions in place. Better yet, check the IP before taking the money in the first place and say, "sorry, you can't make this purchase". Now I have to wait up to 7 days to get my money.
Nah, to me that is not kosher. "Here, buy this from us"....take my money.. ."oh, sorry. We can't sell this to you but we'll keep your money". Hmmm sounds borderline illegal to me.
