TQL Kitchens 

I saw the TQL website. Looks great. Lots of positive comments.
Jabed came. Convinced me to part with a deposit saying it’s returnable anytime. Something didn’t feel right so I decided to go to his showroom (which I should have done, I know initially); there was nothing much in there. Lots of excuses. Lots of boxes. Substandard stuff. No one was there. I wanted my money back. This was only a few days later I gave the deposit. We as consumers have 14 days money back guarantee. Received a call from a ‘manager’ who said he will refund within the next few days. This was beginning of Aug. No money yet!! Still waiting.... Jabed’s number doesn’t get answered either. I left a message again today. Be careful with your money is all I can say.
Answer to the Manager’s question - would I recommend them- NO.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
Most shocking company I have EVER dealt with. Bad customer service, shoddy workmanship, missed delivery dates and throughout their Director promises you the earth. Take note that once a bad review is given suddenly ten 5 star reviews goes on within a week or two to push the bad review down.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read the bad reviews and see the pattern before you give your money to this RIP OFF company!!!!

DON'T GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. Have a look at their reviews. An awful lot of 5 stars from people who have only give one REVIEW!!! Clear signs they may be FAKE reviews.

I bought my kitchen from these cowboys in 2016. It's 2020 and I am still suffering from the diabolical job they did.

I've had issues with plumbing, fridge, cooker, extractor fan, dishwasher and washing machine. Every single person who has come in to fix these has asked 'who the hell fitted this'. It's all shambles. The units are unaligned, the fitting is honestly, so so bad. I paid so much, and it's a small kitchen! I am tired of repeating all the things they did wrong!

They probably will ask you to pay up front so you don't have access to support from the finance company and they can just do a shoddy job because they have all your money and there's nothing you can do.

Their employees are arrogant, misogynistic, nasty, rude and full of absolute rubbish. Don't buy into them. Come have a look at my kitchen.

I would just like to thank TQL for my new Fitted bedroom. They fitted my kitchen a few years ago so we came back for the bedroom. The fitter was very clean and tidy and finished in a long day. Thank you again

This is a cowboy company. DO NOT USE.
As soon as they take your money they don't answer the phone, and make up stories to cover up delivery delays and other errors. They offer a low price to attract customers, but very poorly organised and extremely difficult to deal with. Don't fall for the small discount vs competitors. Better to pay slightly more and get a reputable company.

ordered a kitchen before christmas it was not even put through the order so it did not turn up till march, but at least i got it installed i even paid 2,700 pound for it to be painted and another 3,000 for it to be tiled flooring .
so my advice is its your choice weather you use company or not happy to take money quickly enough

I had a virtual plan done for a kitchen and the service was simply briliant!!

Really pleased with our new kitchen. From our initial visit to your showroom all the way through the process to getting it all finished last week was a great experience. hats off to the lads who worked so hard to get it done in only 5 days. Josh and Mark were a couple of fantastic lads. I would recommend you guys to anyone looking at getting a new kitchen, price was fair and service and install top notch

Really happy with these guys from start to Finnish, the designer couldn't do enough for us, the fitters were brilliant clean, tidy workers mind you i need to get more tea bags now lol. Over all i would recommend TQL to friends and family 5 *

What an amazing company to deal with! from the start I was taken care of and all my requirements were looked at in detail by the team! I am pleased to say that TQL have made my dream kitchen come true! Would highly recommend to any one if they are looking for a proper kitchen!

Absolutely shocking company.
I tried a smaller company as I heard that they are normally better than the chains and was I wrong!

Nick came over to measure up and take the order. He told me he owned the company and that if I wanted the best deal I should not take finance. He then gave me 2 prices. One if I did not take finance and a higher price if I wanted 0%...

I needed the kitchen pretty soon so was told to grantee a 2 week delivery that I had to pay the full order straight away. Needless to say, like a fool I did so.

The kitchen was supposed to arrive week of the 10th Feb. It did not. No one bothered to respond to any emails /messages/ whatsap.

I finally got hold of the head office and found out that the MD was very angry and “ come hell or high water the kitchen will be delivered on the 27th Feb”. It’s the 27th of Feb and shocker. It’s not here.

Received a call on the 26th 5pm from Nick who was finally “back from holiday” and was told that there was no scheduled delivery.
I was then told the the cabinet would be ready to be delivered next Wednesday however the doors would be another 3 weeks! Oh and the cabinet where ready but they wouldnt deliver it for another week.
To top it off I asked for just the delivery not the fitting ,so yet again had to pay my builder day rates As I did not give them enough cancellation notice!

Still trying to get my kitchen and to be honest I’m going to ask for a refund and go to Howdens. Called head office a bunch of times, been told it would be sorted and clearly that’s not the case.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR MONEY and if you do, DO NOT pay upfront or more than 10% of the order value until delivered. Complete cowboy company

Got my issues and outstanding kitchen units and damaged units looked into... must say responsecwas quick and very uplifting

I ordered a kitchen in May 2019. Good quality but came incomplete...chased up missing or incorrect panels for months...got most panels after 3/4 months of persistent calling but am still missing pull out larder 10 months later and we are now in 2020!!!

No-one calls you back and there complaints procedure is non existent...

Good Salesperson, kitchen quality good but left us with unfinished kitchen for two months ( still unresolved ).
Communication and Customer service skills appalling.

Great quality kitchen at great price and service impeccable from start to finish !!
Clive the owner is great to deal with and puts no pressure on the customer not like many other kitchen companies .
So all in quality kitchen at great price and fitted superbly I can recommend with confidence .

One star is generous! What an awful company!! Still waiting for my kitchen 7 MONTHS after purchasing it. Communication is TERRIBLE, customer service is TERRIBLE and knowledge of their own company is again TERRIBLE!!! Been promised a kitchen for the last 8 weeks with numerous excuses when they eventually decide to contact us. But they're more than happy to take our money though! I would warn everyone from using this poor excuse for a kitchen company!

Worst kitchen company I've ever dealth with. Their product is good quality but their sales team don't know what they can provide or not in which range. We were sold cupboard types and a sink that didn't exist.

Once you've paid for the goods, they don't care. Our cupboards were delivered late with no notification. I spent everyday on the phone having to chase up every little thing. Cupboards got delivered that were obviously part of another order then not used, as they had boot prints all over them and the edgings were damaged. They were in no rush to replace these.

Their so called expert fitter was below standard, did a slapdash job and left. Thankfully we didn't get them to fit the kitchen but after another mix up with an up and over door, they said they would send a fitter who was in the area- I wish they hadn't bothered.

They don't respond to emails or letters of complaint.

This company is a big fraud. I spent thousands of £s on my kitchen in 2018. The kitchen started falling apart immediately. Wine cooler never worked, supplied wrong cabinets and wrong extractor., wrong tap etc. The owner Chris persuaded me to remove the bad review as they have been speaking to all their aggrieved clients. I did , the kitchen started falling apart one by one. I have called Chris several times and every time, he always assure me that he will send me someone to fit the taps, change the wine cooler, and the cabinets doors. I will attach screenshots of all our conversation. This is just a picture of the German kitchen I paid for.

TQL have just finished our new kitchen to a very high standard. We went for supply and fit option on finance; finance was approved instantly. All the material supplied was exactly to the specifications and the the had the same high quality as promised. Head of sales Asad is a very nice and approachable professional. They sent their best fitting team lead by Dean(the best fitter I have come across so far) who did a superb job and our kitchen looks absolutely stunning.
There were some delays but it was worth waiting as the company owner Chris Jai personally got involved and gave generous compensation for the delays. I am personally grateful to him as he is still in touch and asking for any after sales problems.
We are very pleased with the quality of the material and state of the art finishing of our kitchen. We will strongly recommend TQL to others for supply and fit option and hope there won't be any delays to new customers. Overall a fantastic job!

Looking for a new kitchen is stressful and after one bad experience and a deadline to get one I got a good service from this company.
Nice showroom, choice & quality, were very helpful when our builders let us down and got our kitchen finished

Shocking, shocking, shocking!!!!
It's been over a month still waiting for my kitchen to be completed!
Got missing cupboard & doors, plinths are incorrect size, some of my order hasn't been delivered, still waiting for my worktop to be fitted..... the list goes on and on!!!
I've paid a lot of money for this kitchen and I can't even wash a cup, have to go up and down the stairs every time I need to wash something!!!
Am not getting anywhere with my compliants. Feel like I'm being fobbed off at every opportunity - should of gone to B&Q!
Experience has been a catalogue of disasters, one thing after another, excuse after excuse, delay after delay and has now gone beyond a joke!
If I had the option of giving a zero star rating I would!!!!
