An awful experience
An awful experience. Their templator did not prepare a template so I ended up with a worktop too short on one side and too long on another. They ignored my complaints and the templator was very rude. I need a new worktop. It was supposed to be replaced but I was then let down twice.The shelf collapsed as all the holes have been drilled differently.Their surveyor told me I did not need any electrical work to change from a gas to electric hob. He was wrong. I still do not have the paperwork to reflect the work that had to be done. It was delayed at the last minute. I wish I had cancelled it at that point. I am issuing proceedings for a refund so I can replace the worktop myself.

Our new kitchen got finished today by TQLs fitters brilliant service from start to finish. Must say its the 1st time Ive had a fitter help my wife clean up the kitchen ready to cook our 1st meal in it tonight! Very happy with the whole service we have received. Happy to recommend TQL

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH
Never ever buy a kitchen from TQL. I bought my kitchen from them 2 years ago and they gave me a nightmare. I paid so much money to get too much stress. It took them ages to fit my kitchen and it is still not completed yet. They are so good at ignoring your call, emails and they lie about everything. Still not completed.director personally promised to finish the job but just a lies. Still waiting director promises to complete the work
