I recommend it as a long-term user
I've been using Duplikium's trade copier for several years. I had between 5 and 10 accounts connected on average. I need to copy my trade very quickly, so I currently take advantage of their dedicated server offer.
I regularly test other solutions, but Duplikium is currently the most complete and efficient trade copier.
Their support is super responsive and has helped me on numerous occasions with sometimes complex settings.
I can only recommend them.

Unreliable with the connection
It is unreliable with the connection. Sometimes it will connect and my trades will get executed and sometimes the connection go lost. On the free account it very unreliable and on the paid one it is fine but lose connection sometime too.

I love Duplikium
I've been using Duplikium for several months now and have not had a single problem with them. All orders are copied quickly and correctly. Just make sure that you choose a trade copier server location as close as possible to your broker's server location in the settings and you will not have any problems. I think most of the bad reviews here are from people who didn't understand the tutorials or didn't go through them at all and made incorrect settings. I can recommend everyone to give Duplikium a chance. At least with the free trial version. You will not regret it!

I have been using Duplikium for more than 3 months now with 20 accounts connected and they have exceeded my expectations, 100% trades copied! Duplikium is a scam!
I have told them to cancel the subscription but they did not do this and collected payments and just after the payments collected I have asked them to refund as I did not use the service at all but they were showing clause where they said no refund!
if you have already registered and paid make sure you have cancelled the subscription with your bank or PayPal.

Furthermore with what we can found from your name. We've noticed that you've been a valued customer with us since 2018 when you initially subscribed to our paid plan. Over the years, you have utilized our trade copier services intermittently.
However, the most recent interaction we had with you was on June 30, 2023, (and we found nothing on the 3rd August, otherwise please send us evidence) when you reached out with the following request: "I purchased a package just a few minutes ago, but I would like to cancel it and request a refund."
In response, our team promptly confirmed that, in such cases, refunds are not applicable. This situation confirms that you indeed made the purchase independently and only then contacted us to request a cancellation and refund.
It's important to note that our plans are set to renew automatically, and we send out email notifications four days before the renewal date. This notification serves as a reminder and informs you that your plan will renew automatically. This policy is explicitly outlined when you initially subscribe. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the customer to manage their subscription and cancel it in due time if desired.

Update on review
After pursuing the issue further, with the 2 pip discrepancy between the entry level on my master account to my slave account, and providing further evidence the technical support team at Duplikium found an issue with there software. Friday 21/07/23 I was assured that an update over the weekend would solve the issue. True to their word the trade copier this morning is working perfectly. I will now be renewing my the subscriptions for my accounts. Thank you Duplikium Tech Support!!!

Great platform
Great platform, state of the art dashboard. I have a dedicated server with them. Even with high volume, trades are handled perfectly and with low latency.

Used to copy from MT5 to cTrader, very bad, continuous disconnections, numerous reports to the assistance that said it was not their fault as there are factors out of their power. Too bad that is a paid service and also very expensive.
Even with numerous reports never received a refund even asking for it.

Thats NOT swiss quality
This software is incredibly bad. First, it is cumbersome to set up the accounts. Partial error messages although everything was done correctly. If you then refresh the page several times, it suddenly works.
In addition, there are extremely often copier errors that trades are not taken over. If it happens from time to time, it is not so bad, just happens. With me, however, it happened over 8 hours & there are 8 trades have not been taken over!!!
The worst thing is the maximum incompetent support. They wanted to explain to me that it would be my responsibility to look that the software works, although I bought the software exactly for that reason, that I do not have to deal with it! I should set that I get alerts when trades are taken over, so that I then see when something does not fit. And then I should even pay for it. So I should pay to see that a software works that I bought and someone else runs for me.
i have rarely seen a company behave so ridiculously.
I will cancel the Copier and look for a better software.

terrible server issue . my master trades doesnt triggered and slave acct trades was AUTOMATICALLY opened , and the price difference was 30 == pips difference , imagine if i doesnt observe it and close it , i will lose most of my profits , and i managed cut loss , and their reply was server issue , unforgiveable , what i upset most is their attitude , when i asking any compensation , they quiet . so definitely i wont give them second chance and will move to social traders .
p/s in three days time, thats is 4 trades mistake .sad , dissapointed

I had to use the service for work, there are always problems with the connection. Ridiculous, totally unreliable service. It even happened to me that once the lot size was set, the system opened operations for me again with the old setting. Very dangerous site, not suitable for real trading

Not reliable in it's current state
As the only trade copier that offers cTrader to MT5, I was keen for this to work. However, having used it for the past few months, it often drops the connection, and there is no way of knowing until you realise your trade has not been copied.
Again, today I placed a trade on my FTMO cTrader account, only to find it had not been copied to my MT5 accounts as it had 'disconnected', but I didn't receive an alert, and it was only apparent once digging into the software.
It has promise but is unusable for me in its current state.

UPDATE: 5 star removed; new assessment is 2 star; constant glitches on copy 'cTrader' to 'MT5'; after sufficient queries from both sides (brokers of each platform), the conclusions points out to the issue resides on Duplikium tool. Their abbility to answer the emails promptly and courteously are the only positive note. However, problem not solved.
