Had a lovely stay in a 4 bedroom villa in Malta.

Weather was amazing, the surrounding area was simply breathtaking, unable to describe in words how beautiful the whole trip was.

Had a small issue with the keys as we were given the wrong set initially but that was rectified within minutes by Travelopo.

Will be back next year for sure :)

The whole process ran very smoothly from booking online right through to the final checkout at the villa. The property itself was lovely and was very clean. We had a great time for the duration of our stay.

We booked a special family holiday at a villa in Tuscany. We arrived and 11 of the 20 images advertising the villa are not of the villa we paid for. While there I emailed Travelopo twice to point this out. Once I got home I followed this up again and was eventually contacted and told I needed to take it up with the local agent while in resort. An email response from them to inform me of this while there wouldve meant I could do this. However, my first port of call was the company I booked and paid my money through, plus, with not speaking Italian and having an interesting conversation with the key holder I didn't want to go through that again. I also didn't want the upheaval of being moved while there as we had two small babies and a terminally ill family member so I wanted everything to run as smoothly as possible and was happy to deal with it on my return.

What a hassle dealing with this has been, apparently the photos they publish are given from the owner without Travelopo verifying them. Surely if they put their name to it and publish them on their website and people purchase through them they are accountable? They say not and have offered 5% off my next booking. I will never ever book with them again, they are amateurs, they are dishonest and are so unfair when you tell them they are in the wrong. They accept no responsibility. Be very careful if you book with Travelopo as I paid for something and didn't get it. I have reported this company to Trading Standards.

Oana was very responsive, but not very effective as we were scammed by a dishonest owner claiming our dog had soiled his rug. Three huge stains that a 12 pound dog could not possibly make, even one that has never peed in a house..

We were checked in my a cleaning lady who barely knew the house, and no check out or walk through. The cleaning lady claims she found the stains, but we came back to get a hat and she never mentioned it..

Now 2 months and still do not have any partial reimbursement of our deposit, even though they informed us that 500 euros or so would be deducted. Be careful with this group.

We had a very stressful experience where we booked a Villa via another reputable website and it was basically a scam, we found out literally 2 days before leaving. We managed to get refunded as paid by credit card but we contacted the guys at Travelopo with our predicament and if they had anything available last minute.

I couldn't recommend these guys highly enough, especially David who's communication whilst we were going through the stress of potentially loosing out on our holiday was second to none. In the end he had found us an even better Villa to stay in and the experience was completely stress free.

We will 100% be booking via these guys next time.

A 60th group of life long friends stayed at the beautiful Villa Aliki in Kassiopi Corfu...a stunning property.with sea views a great pool and furnished to the highest degree..all modcons and every bedroom ensuite..surrounded by fantastic gardens sloping down to the sea...kassiopi itself is a hidden gem ..we were truly spoilt i highly recommend travelopo..everything was swiftly and smoothly organized ..well done..

Apparently the reason I found this site advertising my property, without my permission, is that they are an 'aggregator' of ads. So what I thought was a scam turns out to be a harmless creature of the online ecosystem. Perhaps a beneficial one given that is promoting my property in south france.

I give them four stars because nobody bothered to inform me that this was going on - it would be nice to get asked at least. Otherwise, it seems, I have not reason to worry about their status though.

I had no problem with my reservation, all the staff was nice and avalaible.

Excellent property, condition and facilities are very good. Spacious rooms and comfortable. The villa had everything we needed to make our holiday special & enjoyable. We particularly enjoyed the the spectacular mountain view.

The villa is absolutely lovely. The decor, the facilities and the ambience are all fabulous. This was our second visit and we would certainly go back again. The views are great and there are lots of different seating/eating areas outside in the beautifully maintained garden. The swimming pool is another great feature.

I would highly recommend this villa.
