Customs/Duty costs

As I reside in Ireland I had to pay customs duty plus a handling fee, total E19.20. it added to the cost of the filter. While I understand this is outside your control it would be appropriate to mention same on your website. i.e. that customs charges may/do apply in certain countries. Many thanks all working Kevin
p.s. do you have a supplier of your filters in the Republic of Ireland?

I've had the Tri-flow system for many…
I've had the Tri-flow system for many years and recently had an upgrade to my filter. Expert advice over phone on fitting made simple. I had 5 of the original filter which they agreed to accept back and replace with the upgraded ones. I posted the parcel on Monday and on Tuesday the replacements were on the way to me. What a shame all companies don't have customer service this good.
