Fantastic Customer Service
When we bought our house, it already had a Triflow Concepts filter tap in the kitchen. When we extended and upgraded the kitchen in 2015, we installed a new Triflow Concepts filter tap.
In January 2025, the 10-year-old braided hose connected to the filter housing developed a leak. I took the hose to several plumbing merchants, but nobody could supply a replacement. I contacted Triflow Concepts and, although I didn't know the tap (which I now recognise as an Original Churchill Filtered Tap in Chrome), Dan was able to identify it and the correct replacement, which was promptly sent to me. It was easy to fit, and I have had no problems with it since.
A few months later, the spout seal failed. I purchased an inexpensive replacement kit from Amazon, which only lasted a few months.
Today, I contacted Triflow Concepts with a question, which they answered and recommended a solution: replacing the O-ring on the steel filter housing. At the same time, I ordered a genuine spout seal replacement kit. They also emailed me links to a couple of instructional videos for fitting the O-ring and the seal. Although I haven't fitted them yet, I have every confidence that they will work.

Great Customer Service
The parts for refurbishment of my Triflow tap were supplied quickly. The initial supply was missing one bit (not through the fault of the firm) and this was resolved within a couple od days. Great firm to deal with. Great customer sevice.

9/6/25 Filter arrived and works perfectly.
My comments obviously referred to the premature receipt of feedback request. NB Persistent requests can tarnish a relationship with a supplier: not in this case I hasten to add!
