What a great holiday
The workers there are very ambitious and always do their best. Everyone is super friendly and if you need help or if there is a problem, they help you immediately. There are also some trips you can book outside of the hotel and they are very fun. Every day are multiple activities for adults and kids. In the evening are certain shows you can go to, they are always entertaining.Our cleaning lady was the sweetest, the animators were always entertaining and engaging with us and other people, the cooks were great, the gardeners always did the garden and the flowers and it was perfect. However the visitors were very rude and some of them should be ashamed of their behavior, no ,,thank you,, or ,,may I,,. Some of them are treating them like slaves and are just so rude. Please if you go to the hotel just be kind and have manners, the workers will be your best friends.

Called into Tui at Meadowhall on Sunday 11/05/2025. Georgia was up out of her chair immediately to greet us and offered us drinks. We explained we were interested in a multi centre holiday to Thailand, Georgia said we may like to wait for a more experienced colleague as she had not booked a multi centre holiday yet. We decided to put our faith in Georgia and this was not mis-placed she was excellent, helpful, clear and concise. She double checked our requirements then double checked what she had entered on the system. Turns out that Georgia was quite new to the job, you wouldn't have known.

We have just booked a fsmily holiday to Cyprus with TUI at Meadowhall and we can honestly say the service was amazing. We visited the store with three very excited children. The TUI rep Jordan catered our holiday to our very request and nothing was too much trouble for her, she was extremely friendly , polite and patient and most of all she listened to us. We were in the store for almost 3 hours of which other TUI reps were most kind offering us hot beverages and they even gave our little ones colouring papers and pencils. It’s the little things that mean the most to us. TUI at Meadowhall is the best for booking holidays, and I would highly recommend them as a loyal TUI customer.. Jordan thankyou for all your kind caring hospitality you really did go above and beyond.

Well structured website but offers unavailable
Well structured website with good filtering, however, listed offers are not available. One has to wait a few days before getting a confirmation - no instant booking is available, although a pre-booking check button says the rooms are not sold out. Three days after your receive an e-mail about cancellation of your booking - BUT! - the offer remains on the website as available. I tried the website for the first (and the last) time. Pity, as the website is attractive and well-structured, but the system of booking a non-existent offer is not fit for 2025 world.

Unfortunately this was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. We booked through TUI and our bedroom overlooked a busy road, train line a pool full of horse manure. On the first night I got bitten and you cannot open the window due to noise and smell. When I complained the staff was not helpful and did nothing to accommodate this situation.

When I started with the vacation search on the portal I was kind of dissatisfied with some strange behavior, however , later the agency transferred the search process to "TUI Das Reisebüro Wien" and they helped to solve all issues to my absolute satisfaction.

New holiday booking for Spain next yearr
Nicole in the Sheffield branch couldn't haven't been more helpful. She sorted out our holiday for next year in Spain very well. She applied all the discounts that we had found on line without any fuss. We wanted to go to the same hotel, the TUI blue Riviera that we had been to this year as we had had a great time and she sorted all the details out.
