I've just booked another holiday with…Matthew at meadowhall shopping centre Sheffield
I've just booked another holiday with Tui at meadowhall Sheffield and what a very helpful young man Mathew was.He was so thoughtful and understanding and explained in detail all the queries I asked .
He also advised about recent changes in passport validity in a kind way in which I could understand .
He certainly is an asset to the Tui team within Meadowhall Shopping Centre.

Cathy was brilliant at the sheffield moor store
We went in to book a last minute holiday ant the moor store in sheffield and Cathy who served us was brilliant. She went through so much with us and was very patient as we had no idea where we were going. Nothing was to much of a problem. We booked an excursion too as had no idea they did them. As a TUI fan and regular booker on this site I have to be honest as this time my booking experience was not what I have come to expect.
After selecting multiple offers and getting results that were no longer available I found an option that was available and then it was suddenly 90 euros more than the original price shown.

In order to ensure a fast and reliable search on TUI.at, we have to set up a buffer (called a cache database) between the reservation system (the system that holds the quotas and prices) and the end device. This cache database is supplied with data directly from the reservation system several times a day and calculates the prices for the search results. Only when the price is summarized can a check be carried out in the reservation system. This will give you the most current prices, which may differ from the original prices (which were in the cache). If you notice price changes while booking, it will only be for the technical reasons mentioned above.
We hope that despite this annoyance you can continue to look forward to your wonderful trip.
