It's ok, but warped vinyls are not considered an "issue" anymore (at least up to some degree) and shipping costs raised as hell since 2021 (not worth to purchase a single vinyl now with 22 GBP abroad, and I'm not counting customs). I've purchased three 7"vinyls: two arrived good, one with some warping (not much, fortunately). It seems that shops don't check vinyls anymore (the warped one was sealed)
However, due to the "warped is not an issue" directive seems to be now spread to several shops, inside of this, this is a good option. Good variety on stock

Hi there. Many thanks for your review. The only cost that hasn't gone up since the early 90's, is the price of scratch vinyl. These have always maintained a value be it import or export. Import tax and customs is something we have no control over.
As for warped vinyl, it is very rare. There is a factory acceptance of +/- 2mm, so anything within that difference is acceptable. Vinyl 'warping' is easily fixed, hence the reason why there probably is an unofficial directive. (3rd bullet point - https://www.turntabletrainingwax.com/terms-conditions )
Moving forward, it could be an idea to source products internally from your own country to avoid any shipping/tax costs.

Great customer experience
Really helpful on the phone, even updating stock levels live whilst on the call as the item I was after showed out of stock on the web site but they did actually have stock.
Ordered late in the afternoon and still received it next day.
Product was a brand new unopened item as described, unlike a previous site I'd purchased from and had to return.
Would recommend these guys 100%.

Excellent customer service. That’s kind of a rarity now days, especially in the dj world. Ordered a couple of FAD-R62’s for my Rane and they shipped quickly but were defective. Reached out to them to let them know about the issues I was having and they got back to me pronto. They got ahold of Solid Cutz (the creators of the FAD-R62 faders), and from there, Solid Cutz told me to send them pic’s and videos so they could try and see what the issues were that I was having and they couldn’t diagnose the problems from what I sent.. They were quick to ship out replacements in a timely manner.
