Product was fine and a great selection of what I was after.unfortunately I incurred a heavy DPD delivery charge aswell as a further Import charge I forgot to consider. My package therefore became rather expensive in the end

Hi there. Many thanks for the review. Not too sure if your are aware, but recently the UK left the EU. This resulted in every country outside of the UK classed as either 'EU VAT rated ZONE' or 'Rest of World'.
The result of that changed how shipping and customs are administered.
Our shipping costs are standard and inline with the courier companies. As for customs duty, that is something we have no control over and each country operates differently.
Maybe, to avoid these charges in the future, it could be an idea to source similar products from a store in the EU?

We don't really know what this means, however, on checking our orders, it appears that your Royal Mail delivery was not completed. Apologies for this, on behalf of Royal Mail.
Over this time, if you reached out to us with this issue, as we were unaware of it, we could of rectified this for you immediately. Kindest regards.
Very good service after DPD customs problem.
My order with DPD got stuck with customs.
DPD couldn’t help me out even they knew the package was already in their warehouse.
TTW responded fast after contacting them and kept me updated along the process to retrieve my package.
After a few weeks DPD didn’t do anything for me.
In the end TTW was so kind to send me a new package.
This time it was delivered by DHL Express within two days incl customs.
Very good service.
Will buy again with them.

I've ordered Minirig 3 2.1 speakers set. The delivery was quite fast - DHL - 4 days from UK to Poland. TTW works even on Sunday. So I've been able to get quick response to my questions about the product and shipment details.

I Purchased control vinyl's that were uneven (Slight Warp) so basically not fit for purpose as these are specifically for juggling. They wouldn't accept a return or exchange??.I was told they would contact Serato and let me know what they say. I never heard back from them. I have had this exact same issue before with with Serato control vinyl when purchased through Juno.co.uk, They told me to return and shipped out new pair no fuss!! Needless to say I would not recommend and would defiantly not be using turntable training wax in the future.

Hi there, sorry to hear about this. We were unaware that we had a Trust Pilot account so thought best to respond. After some searching, we found your order and account. It appears that after advice from Serato, as they were aware with current product issues, that they would deal directly with replacements that were within the UK. We provided them with the details on the same day for them to process. We were unaware of any developments thereafter. We could of chased this up and rectified the situation if we had known, but no follow up communication was received. Sincere apologies.

I have made many orders from ttw all of which have been dealt with in a proffesional and friendly manner. I really cant praise them enough. I had a fault on a product recently and they sent me replacement parts that evening. They get back to you quickly and just a great company to buy from. I would give them ten stars if there were the option.
