BE WARNED

BE WARNED - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Ordered the dandelions which are complete and utter junk. They don't match in size or wiring colour - nothing like the picture advertised on their site. One is a nice tight compact flower light and the other looks like it has been kicked around. Emailed the company 5 days ago, 3 days ago and today with no response to any of them. Complete rip off. Buy at your own risk and you'll be very lucky if you get a response let alone a refund. I also don't believe any of the reviews associated with the items on their website. Just there to entice you in.

Just love seeing tulips on the kitchen…

Just love seeing tulips on the kitchen island. In the morning this bunch of tulips ,looks fresh and crispy,

I love everything we have got from…Twinkling Tree

I love everything we have got from Twinkling Tree. The only thing is it takes awhile to get it. The new lights we got are beautiful. We are looking to get LED Solar Lights for our back deck. We have lights on it now but we want solar ones. So hopefully Twinkling Tree will have some.

Absolute rubbish

Absolute rubbish. Dandelion lights arrived in a terrible condition- not fit for purpose but I was told :
“ After carefully reviewing the photos you provided, we can confirm that the Blissful Bright Dandelions are not damaged. Because our products are packed tightly for safe shipping, they may sometimes arrive looking compressed or slightly out of shape. Please rest assured that this is completely normal and can usually be improved with a few simple adjustments. To help the Blissful Bright Dandelions recover its shape, we kindly recommend the following:

Place the dandelions in a vase for a while after taking them out of the packaging, allowing the stems to naturally settle.

Gently apply warm air using a hair dryer on a low setting for a short period to help the stems and blooms regain their shape.

Carefully twist the stems in the opposite direction to help them adjust and look fuller.

We would like to let you know that the dandelion puff may have come loose during transit, but it can be easily reattached. Simply take the stem and gently insert it back into the middle of the dandelion head. Since the Blissful Bright Dandelions are handmade, it is possible for some pieces to loosen during shipping. However, they are designed to be reattachable.“
When I sent videos of the damage I was told:
“ We want to sincerely apologize for the way this was handled previously. A damaged item with a stem that won't attach is absolutely a defect, and you deserve to have it resolved properly. We are sorry that was not made clear from the start.

Before we arrange a replacement, we would love to help you try a few quick troubleshooting steps in case we can get your current piece working for you:

1. Use the blunt end of a screwdriver or a pen to press down firmly on the pin while gently wiggling the inner tube — this can sometimes free up a pin that is stuck from factory tension.
2. Try applying a tiny drop of household oil around the base of the pin to help loosen any factory tension.
3. If you are able to reach inside the tube with a pair of pliers or a long tool, you may be able to gently pull the spring slightly to un-jam it from the inside”

When i said I wanted a refund ( i’ve seen the poor quality of the item) they offered me a voucher then stopped responding.

I’ve lodged a dispute with Paypal and my bank. The item is unfit to sell and despite conceding this they do not want to refund me. It’s actually quite funny that they want me to get out a screw driver and hairdryer!

I would not recommend their product and my exchanges with them have been time consuming and fruitless so far.

Nb: they will try to get you to close your Paypal case so they can ‘refund’ you. This is a scammers tactic. Don’t close the case and you’ll get a refund .

“Never close a PayPal dispute before you have your refund in hand. Sellers asking you to cancel a claim so they can "process the refund" is a common tactic. Once a case is closed, you cannot reopen it or escalate it to a claim, meaning you lose all PayPal Buyer Protection”.

Bought the "Blissful Bright Dandelions"…

Bought the "Blissful Bright Dandelions" - they took weeks to arrive, and then looked nothing like the advertised product.
Very unhappy with the product, and to get a refund they expect you send the product from the UK to Australia - would probably cost more than it's worth.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Very unhappy with the product and the service

So great!!!

I was concerned that the product would be misrepresented due to some of the reviews but the hummingbird lantern was amazing!!!! I gave it as a gift to a dear friend who loves birds and has a beautiful garden. The patterns are beautiful and expand as shown AND the product was sturdy and as large as stated. I’m definitely pleased and buying more! 👏🏻

Cheap and unworthy

Absolutely cheap product and a total waste of money. I got suckered into purchasing three due to all the wonderful reviews. The palm is cheap plastic as well as the holder. There is no timer so you’d have to turn them on and off any time you want to use it. Mine lasted three days before batteries were dead.

When my sister received her package of…

When my sister received her package of four sparklers we assembled them and put them in the ground. She loved them but I wish they would be a little shorter in length so they would stand out straight. Love them and they look great at night.

When I ordered I was told that if I was…

When I ordered I was told that if I was not fully satisfied I would get a refund. I received my product only to find that it is a piece of cheap plastic! doesn't look anything like the picture or description. When I tried to get a refund and return I was told that I had to send it back to Australia and pay my own postage!! That is NOT told to you when ordering! then I was told that I could keep product and get a 50% refund (misleading at best) or keep product and get a 100% + 10 for some other cheap plastic crap. There is not a phone number to contact customer service it is all on e-mail. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
