When I ordered I was told that if I was not fully satisfied I would get a refund. I received my product only to find that it is a piece of cheap plastic! doesn't look anything like the picture or description. When I tried to get a refund and return I was told that I had to send it back to Australia and pay my own postage!! That is NOT told to you when ordering! then I was told that I could keep product and get a 50% refund (misleading at best) or keep product and get a 100% + 10 for some other cheap plastic crap. There is not a phone number to contact customer service it is all on e-mail. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Absolutely garbage
Absolutely garbage! The lights are just in the center of the dandelion, not spread out throughout like the pictures show. It arrived all mashed up and about 1/3 of the "twigs" of the dandelion had fallen off. It looks like someone just used hot glue to put them on there. Plus this thing sheds like a dog. Plastic threads everywhere! The 2 stems of the dandelions are welded together so you can't have them separate and spread out like the pictures show.
I'm 100% convinced this is a scam, and if you look at all the user review pictures, they all look AI generated. I'm kicking myself for not being more careful with this purchase. Ugh....Don't buy unless you want to waste your money!

Don't do it
I purchased 2 sets of dandelion lights at approx £65. The delivery never arrived. I contacted customer service and they said the delivery company has lost them. They dont insure their deliveries however, if I want to purchase them again, they will offer me 70%discount.
After contacting the customer service team a number of times after this, there is no reply.
Disgusting behaviour from what are supposed to be a customer support team. I do not recommend. Save your money

Please don’t waste your money on these flowers. They look nothing like the picture the wires were a different colour on each stem and the wispy bits were shedding at each touch. Customer service were very quick to get back to me each time I contacted them. But even though they were faulty I had to pay for the return which was in Australia. They wld give me a full refund but I had to pay the cost to return them. I wld describe them as cheap and tacky and bulky definitely nothing like the picture.

This is the most fraudulent company
This is the most fraudulent company. I opened the box to having hundreds of pieces of plastic in the bottom and they are not gonna refund this unless they send it out out of country. They will not return it to the United States. It’s not posted online for returns to the US. This has been ongoing for weeks. They are fraudulent.

Do not purchase from this place, the pictures that you see are not what you will receive. I purchased the dandelions and they arrived all squished in a box. I asked customer service for a replacement, sent photos but was informed this normal just blow slightly with a hair dryer to fluff them out. It does not work. They want your money and then walk away. Absolute rip off.

Cheaply made
I ordered the welcome wreath and the tulips. All were very cheaply made. The wreath lost half the berries just trying to fix the leaves. I asked for a refund and basically you have to return items to Australia yourself!!!! I won't purchase anything else from them.

If I could give a zero, I would!
I have read similar reviews to mine - the product that arrived was not the same as the product advertised - I bought the 'blissful bright dandelions' - they look like they have been runover and are dirty like they might have either been in storage for a very long time or in a bin! The customer service agents (clearly AI agents) - keep telling me that they will come back to shape by using a hairdryer - they must have magic hairdryers in Australia as mine cannot perform miracles! I found a '30 day money back guarantee' on their webpages - they are ignoring my emails that tell them this... and are now saying that the pictures I sent show no damage (having previously admitted that they did and to use the hairdryer trick!).

Wish I could rate zero stars
Wish I could rate zero stars. Like many others same story. Looks absolutely NOTHING like the image. Took over 10 days to ship, 21 days total to arrive. Customer service is a joke, new fewer than 4 emails (different "rep" each time) trying to convince me to keep it. Full refund applies IF you YOU pay to ship it back to Australia, which will more than likely exceed the cost of the refund. Shame on me for not finding actual reviews first.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered the dandelions as they looked absolutely beautiful in the advertisement. They are utter rubbish. Cheaply made and squashed beyond recognition in the box. The customer service is rubbish. I wanted to send them back but they kept persuading me to keep them and when I finally got a shipping address to return them, it was to Australia. They know that nobody is going to pay the shipping to Australia and that you’re going to keep them. Do not be fooled by these products.

ITS JUNK!! Ordered the Christmas tree which looks so pretty online - it is obviously not the item that they actually sent. What they sent could have been bought at a junk store.
Order took over a month to get delivered. When I received it the star was broken & the tree is made of hard plastic. It’s a disgrace that they can get away with selling something of this quality for the price they charge. It was 39.99 plus shipping. Came out to $50.11
I wanted a full refund which is there satisfaction guarantee to get 100% your money back. That is FALSE INFORMATION. I was offered a 110% store credit or a partial 50% credit back to my credit card. They only reimbursed me $20.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I wish my husband would have done his research before purchasing.

Awful…AVOID at all costs
Awful…ordered two of the Blissful Bright Dandelions. They look absolutely nothing like the photo on the website, and are cheap, plastic rubbish and not worth anywhere near the ‘offer’ price I paid. Their reviews on their website, which I realise now are completely fake. Part of the connectors in the stalk are filled with silicone so can’t push them together anyway. I had one reply from customer service saying how sorry they were, and they will feed it back to their customer service but now not replying to any more emails.
I feel really stupid and wish I had checked this site first…DO NOT RECOMMEND.

What an absolute joke! I waited 3 weeks for my items after never receiving a shipping notification and attempting to cancel the order. The company claimed my order had been shipped and could not be canceled.
When they arrived, I expected the cute little dandelion lights in the picture and in the hundreds of photos in the reviews. All of the review photos on their website are fake. What I received were cheap metal tubes poorly spray painted gold (with spots missing). There were LED string lights shoved through the tube and hot glued to a plastic ball at the top. The ball was covered with plastic branches topped with cheap plastic puffs, all hot glued, and half of the puffs had come off in transit. Of course they don't turn on because, well, duh. If you have a 6 year old at home, just have them make it and save yourself some time and money.
