It's only getting one star because it's not possible to give zero stars. Literally the worst support I've ever experiences. They don't read the ticket, it's skimmed for keywords and a stock response is sent, presumably based on the first keyword it finds. Even if you explain in great detail or even in simplified form, the response you get will not be related to the issue you have raised.

I was trying to give them money so you'd think that they'd want to help with that of all things but apparently not. I'm not sure there's even anyone with a pulse working there, it's probably all badly coded chat bots.

For a company that charges so much, they invest SO LITTLE into maintaining apps

I love Twitch don't get me wrong. But they are doing way to much with the ads. I subscribe to the streamers I watch but now I get ads on the side of my screen while watching streams. The whole point of subscribing is to watch ad free and support the streamer. Twitch get your act together.

Twitch has no care for who or what are streaming on there platform, laws broken on stream with no bans from twitch, streamers stealing from stores , no penatly no ban, streamera sexually assualting somebody on stream with a day ban as a penalty. Its pathetic. It use to be a gaming platform now its full a idiots crashing cars being a idiot, onlyfans girls all over it now .. its a disgrace

Money money money. A site where you can electrocute your dog with non-issue, but if you bring up someone electrocuting their dog you get ban. Trash for trash people.

Completely insane. Good soccer is censored, just scoring goals. While crazy teenagers and crazy adults, almost fully naked, scream unhinged criminal threats at real pros for no reason. The ones with large occult followings, which they say they are, say they are self abusive and even suicidal. Griefing, cheating, basically anything they can do and get reported for on Xbox they do on there, including extremely sexual content to the point of basically sexual assault. Gang activity, criminal activity and like the reviews say, even terrorist activity are widespread, and Christians are falsely reported for doing nothing wrong all with no prevailence. Basically an annoying, fake, criminal experience, and if you report the actual bad ones, nothing happens. And if you expose twitch on twitch, it's censored, they are basically choosing to be criminals, renting an internet domain to do crime to social media users.

The amount of ads is absolutely hilarious. Reminder: this is exactly how cable TV died.

Most biased and unfair ToS enforcement department. People get banned for months for just calling others non-incriminating names or just having an opinion opposite to Twitch's, while others get 24 hour bans for literal felonies.
I'd urge anyone who still has their broken ass advertisement riddled app to uninstall it so the executives at Amazon that can do anything about this shitshow see (and fix the direction of) the statistics and how disgracefully the state of this once beloved website has devolved.

Prior to the event taking place, the staff of the venue told Emily-Beth Schunk that she was NOT permitted to use her own bodyguard and they forced her to hold a meet-and-greet of which she did not want due to the possible safety concerns. The following occurred during the meet-and-greet inside the San Diego Convention Center.

On Fri, 17 Oct 2025, A Caucasian male, age mid 30s, was permitted into the venue by San Diego Convention Center staff, that same person then proceeded to sexually assault Emily-Beth Schunk (Online handle: Emiru). After the person had sexually assaulted Emily-Beth Schunk, they were escorted out of the building by the security guard, at which point, the security guard was banned for life and the sexual assault perpetrator was given a 30 day ban.

you guys want to call yourselves a respectable company? how about making sure your creators are safe you disgusting fu3ks. so worried about money and your next check, that you'll let women be assaulted at your venues. how sick. wont ever touch twitch with a 12 foot pole.

The company platforms people who promote animal abuse, attraction to children and now assaulting women. Whoever runs this company is genuinely evil.
