The system that I had my AOMEI Backupper Professional, and AOMEI Partition Assistant Professional products installed crashed. I was not able to access the drive and the installed products by any other means. I was very pleased; the fix came promptly!

It was quick, and I got everything working thanks to them getting back to me quickly.

The product is one of a kind and speaks for itself. What impressed me the most is the customer service.I initially purchased through a third party, lost my licence key and through multiple emails it was never resolved. I eventually purchased the same item again through AOMEI and in this case lost the license key through my own negligence. I contacted customer support at AOMEI and the representative Owen Tan was not only able to retrieve my present license key but also the one I had lost nearly 2 years beforehand. The best customer service I've had in I can't tell you how long from any company and I thank them for it!!

Over the years, whenever I have to reinstall my devices, the team always responds quickly to my reg key reset requests. Every support person I've corresponded with has been consistently amazing. Most recently Kamlee Kamlee, who was prompt, friendly, helpful, a clear communicator, and a pleasure to work with. The tool has been a bit of a life-saver, too!

I was having a problem with my registration key after replacing a desktop computer that got fried. Kamlee responded very quickly, asked a few questions and took care of my problem. Am very happy!
