I had a problem w/my license trying to recover my computer from a b/u. When trying to dl it said my license was exceeded. I emailed support and they promptly renewed my license so I could recover my computer from the AOMEI Backupper. Then they followed up twice to make sure all is well. I don't believe any other company would have responded and helped like this. This kind of customer service is worth every penney and I highly recommend AOMEI.

She was able to resolve my problem by zeroing in on the cause and the solution. She should get a bonus for her effort.

Solution Found - Backupper Technician Plus.
OK for 24 hours, but support got to work right away and found a solution right away... in any case, Image Deploy needs more work; the ability to perform a truly large deployment is very limited with this version, even if I use the Technician Plus version. PXE should be modernized with the ability to boot an image with scripts and keep PXE powered on without preventing PCs that are online or booting in PXE from immediately receiving the Image Deploy image.

The support agent who assisted me was able to handle my issue with ease and speed.
