I booked for school as my daughter has…

I booked for school as my daughter has broken her foot. The car turned up at a different location (Football academy) at the back of the school and did not call my son, who was there to escort my daughter. They waited 30 minutes before realising the car was not coming, so my son ordered another car to get my daughter home. This cost another £25 - making the total spend for one journey £45. Very frustrating!!

They don't even deserve a single star. I booked my bus ticket for Bangalore to Chennai the bus starts the journey from majestic before booking the screen showed 7.10 pm which means d first boarding point it starts at 7.10 pm that is majestic. After booking it showed 5.50pm to confirm it I called chat support and the AI voice said ur bus will leave at 7.10 pm and boarding start at 5.50 pm. On the journey day I started my way to boarding point at 5.30 pm and around 5.45 the driver says that bus is going to leave the boarding point and at that I was almost near the point requested the driver to stay for few minutes but he refused I started chasing the bus in cab for two boarding point knowing that I'm chasing him he din stop for me. I have to miss the bus coz of wrong bus timing and poor service. I called the support still AI voice tells ur bus time is 7.10 pm. Uber is not accepting their fault and tracker shows still the bus in same place. My suggestion to Uber is to shutdown the business you are not the right fit for bus booking. They are better players for this.

Driver's never follow instructions

Driver's never follow instructions. If I were not home the package would not have still been there. Very unprofessional and it's never put in a secure location. Either careless or lack of understanding due to language barrier. Least favourite delivery service out there.

Ride Home 4-20-26

I usually find the drivers to be friendly and courteous. Although, I sometimes have difficulty communicating with a driver because their English comprehension is limited. Prices are generally reasonable but sometimes are a bit over priced. Punctuality is always appreciated.

Driver cancelled last minute and price increased

I used Uber last week to get to the airport in the morning. The driver accepted the ride but stayed in the same spot for several minutes and then cancelled.
I had to book another ride and the price was noticeably higher by that time. It was stressful since I was on a tight schedule.
