My computer completely died so I took it to the Greece, New York store. When they took it in, they said it would be about a week but I got a call the next day it was done! "Mark" said he knew what it was like not to have your computer. The entire staff I dealt with was pleasant and polite and I could not be happier. The service was great and the price was more than resonable. I highly recommend this store!

Today I walked in the store and they were at my help in no time they got my checked up and notified what was going to happen to it. They have great attitudes and great service. They should deserve five stars for this.

Went in to get my Xbox one repaired. Got a free diagnosis test and within 10 minutes they found the problem and gave me an easy solution. These guys are absolute life savers for me and any other gamer. Highly recommend for any technology repair you may need.

Top Notch Professionals in fixing Technology

Recently there has been a situation where as a“Database Is Corrupted” error has occurred on my Ps4.
This particular error happened after installing the latest update of cyberpunk 2077. I found out later that this error was related to cyberpunk 2077, so naturally I was consumed by grief and Rage. After calming down, I took my PS4 to “Ubreakifix” near me.
Upon walking into this establishment, a technician was already waiting to help me.
After I explain what happened, this technician explained in layman's terms what the damage my PS4 might have received. He had taken the time to explain all of my options for repair as well as suggesting ways to fix the problem myself. Being that I am not very tech savvy, I had chosen to have them repair my Ps4 . I was completely surprised because this technician had given me an option to fix my PS4 myself which would have cost nothing. I was not only able to see the professionalism of this company but I was able to see right away that they cared about my needs as a potential paying customer. After going over the paying options which was quite affordable, I was informed that my PS4 would be fixed within an Hour.
I would like to give these guys a five star rating because they care and they surely know what they are doing. They are honestly Top Notch Professionals in fixing Technology.
From now on, I will let “Ubreakifix” handle my technology.

The camera on my I phone 7 chipped and my photos were brown in color. In researching, it seemed that there was no way to repair it at an apple store and I was looking at buying a brand new phone but I was delighted to discover ubreakifix! They repaired it perfectly for $60. Then my husband's cell phone battery was losing its charge quickly. These folks replaced it for $60 and it is now functioning like it did brand new. I was recommended by Verizon and best buy to take my Samsung note 9 phone for repair I could not hear my incoming calls and was told by Verizon it was most likely to be my speaker the mechanic at u brake we fix said he was familiar with that problem sometimes they just need a little cleaning well it worked and to my surprise he said no changes wow I was elated I was having nightmares over having to buy a new phone 😀
