Well I was just amazed!!! Went to Ubreakifix beside the bulk barn. The owner I believe was the man that served me. He has to be the nicest human that I have met I a super long time. The speaker on my phone wasn’t working I could hardly hear my calls. He had it fixed in 5 minutes. I don’t normally give reviews but this gentleman was so very kind to me I was baffled. I highly recommend this place. I personally would never go anywhere else. More humans need to be like this man .

To start, i bought my phone from ATT&T they could not fix my phone, they seem to have different reps everyday. They can fix one day not the next, Silly. SO...they ATT&T send me to "Ubreakifix", to say I dont like being tossed around. But i went there.

The best service ive ever had !!! Sergi is very professional. I was so stressed about loosing my data on my laptop and he fixed everything for me in the quickest time. i have also gone back to him since breaking the screen on my phone. Best business out there ! 100% trusted.

drop off phone on Saturday told it would be fix by end of day...that did not happen... Sunday get a call phone is fix .. get to shop and guess what.. the phone is still not working... today is Monday.. told it should be fix today...sure hope so.. i think they suck at the Job

T Mobile recommended this company as having the best ability to solve a phone problem my husband was having, T Mobile recommended the right guys for the job as they understood and solved the problem quickly, possessing the skills and tools necessary to open my husband's phone to allow data transfer to another p phone. Plus the 2 staff members were friendly and informative. Win win!

They have saved our bacon twice now. First time, wife's PC wouldn't start, boot or anything. And it had been a while since last backup. So she was really freaked out because it looked like a LOT of school work was gone. Never really found the problem but they first recovered the hard drive just in case and the computer started working again. Since they never found an issue, no charge. Second issue was my PC wouldn't hot spot with my iPhone. I tried everything I could find on the web - to no avail. So I went in to my local store again. They spent at least 20 minutes with me and got it resolved. Again no charge. What can I say. The Michigan City Indiana location is tops for customer service.

The guys over at the forum were awesome. Stayed late to finish my phone. It's like a new phone again. Can't say enough good things. Thanks .

It was a great experience. My children and I were treated with dignity and respect. The price that was quoted to fix my son's tablet was the price that I was charged.

His tablet was broken for about 3 years and the professionals at UbreakiFix fixed his tablet and now it's like a new tablet!

I submitted my claim through Asurion and received same-day follow up from U Break I Fix owner about how to receive the fastest service during the social distancing. My phone was fixed by their mobile repair unit within 24 hours of submitting my claim. Customer care reps were Daniel and Josue and exercised safety practices perfectly as well as repaired my phone fast and at my front door. Was also proud to learn that it’s locally owned and operated business in Tucson, AZ. Many thanks!

loved my first experience at this store. They fixed a broken screen on my old Samsung Cover 4. I couldn't make a call afterwards, as the phone said the network was not connected. The company stayed open late just to help me out and they fixed my SIM card (which had moved out of position). They were so helpful and so apologetic and didn't charge me extra or get made that I kept them open past their closing time. They rock!

Brought my Kindle to the Palm Harbor store because it wouldn't turn on. It took just a few minutes for my Kindle to be returned to me, fully functional. There was no charge. I am extremely grateful.

Back in late August/early September, we had to get my daughter's Samsung 9 fixed due to her phone having been ran over by a car. When U Break We Fix, located in Eastgate, was done with it, it looked brand new!!
Well, unfortunately, on Thursday, February 6th, my daughter dropped her phone and it hit the edge of a sidewalk, cracking the back of the phone as well as the screen. We took the phone to U Break We Fix on Saturday February 8th, and AGAIN, when they were done, it looked brand spanking new! PLUS they are so unbelievably fast. If they had said it would take 24 to 48 hours to repair, we totally would have understood. But they had her phone repaired in less than 3 hours! In fact, it was closer to 2 hours.
I cannot recommend this company enough. We are always impressed with their know-how plus their knowledge. They are always so very friendly and helpful. You absolutely cannot go wrong taking any electronic item to U Break We Fix. We are truly huge fans.

They fixed my samsung tablet prompt, and quickly.I highly recommend ubif.

My second experience with UBreakiFix was just as good as my first. My iPhone had a malfunctioning screen which was getting progressively worse. The very courteous staff member was able to fix my phone like new and with very little wait time. They really know what they are doing here! Would HIGHLY recommend. A++++

I went in to get a new battery for my iphone6 Yesterday, and we started looking at phone found my screen was cracked on bottom and screen protector was also cracked. He gave me half off the battery replaced the screen and gave me a new screen protector. Battery time is much longer and it feels like screen is smoother also it took less then an hour. This was at the store on Northern. Highly recommend it. The Techs name started with a D wish i would have paid more attention. Great experience!

This review is for Ubreakfix on 1240 Canal. This is one of the most reliable and trustworthy businesses I have ever done business with. I very highly recommend this place if you want a electronics item repaired. They are very good and prompt with their service. Their lobby area is very nice with seating and a TV. I highly recommend this business. It's very hard to find a business with integrity today!!
