This was a useful course although I think it would be helpful to be sport specific ie - water spots like kayaking or land based like golf
Particularly considering people who do safeguarding training through their work. This would make the training more focused

A very useful course
The session ran to time. The instructor was knowledgeable and clear in her delivery. The content and material of the course were useful and helpful.
I would have preferred an in-person course but within the constraints of Zoom it was as good as it could be.

Great service
I contacted customer service today with an insurance query, which I didn’t think was entirely straightforward.
I was very surprised to get a response on the same day from Vicky, which was clear and answered my questions comprehensively. Great quick service and and also very importantly actually answered what I was enquiring about with clarity.
