I paid an extra £14 for next-day 1 pm delivery because it was urgent, but it didn't arrive. I waited till almost 6 pm and called customer service. Customer service couldn't be bothered and just sent me a text with the tracking number, telling me to contact Royal Mail. I feel very let down by this company.

We are sorry to read this, however the details in this review do not appear to match our records or the delivery information shown on our website.
For clarity, our website states that orders are sent via Secure Delivery, which is described as trackable and as aiming to deliver on the next working day (including Saturday). It does not advertise a guaranteed “next-day by 1pm” service on the application page.
Our terms also explain that, for the standard Deed Poll service, orders received before 3pm on a working day receive same-day email confirmation and are then dispatched within 2 working days by 1st class post.
We have also reviewed the contact information published on our website, which directs customers to contact us by email or contact form during business hours.
As matters stand, we have been unable to match the description in this review with an order history consistent with the service information above. If you believe this review relates to a genuine order with us, please contact our support team directly at support@ukdeedpolloffice.org with your order reference so we can investigate fully.

It was confusing working with them initialy as I felt I couldn't contact them directly. There is no phone number to speak to anyone and when the documentation was wrong it took sooo long for it to be fixed. After many emails to what felt like AI we finally got there in the end.

Excellent Customer Services
Deed Poll arrived next day after I submitted my order and noticed I made a mistake. The Customer Service team were totally focused on guiding me through how to correct my error. Emails were sent as I went through the process. Updated Deed Poles arrived 2 days later. Can't thank UK Deed Poll enough.

We made a mistake on the original application and Thalia went over and above to ensure it was corrected for us. She guided us through the process, and made the whole process very easy. 10 out if 10, give this gal a raise/promotion....right now!

Although the site is fairly easy to use on the whole, I suggest you read read again as I ended ordering the wrong things first time around. Major issues, there is no contact phone number to speak to anyone. Everything has to be done by text and I had to ask same question over and over again until the question i asked was answered, not some random answer
