The owner has contacted companies house and has made a active proposal to strike off (close) this business. I contacted companies house and they advised me to email them to register a letter of objection to close the business due to my debt. This person owes me £876.00. A person with the same name has applied to open a new company called UK Heritage Bathrooms Ltd (very similar name!!!), trading from the same address. I would advise anybody owed money to do the same to stop this guy being a director of another company and being allowed to run a business the fraudulently deceives its customers.

My review simply mirrors other reviewers experience of this scam body and clearly awarding one star actually means minus five stars. I purchased a bathroom sink and vanity unit but received nothing. I emailed the company to be told I should have received my order by now and they were looking into it. I continued to email them for 2 WEEKS without one single reply. Their business telephone number was dead and the mobile number provided on their email was simply a Giff Gaff message service and my voice mail messages were not responded to. Imagine my surprise :-/ I got a refund via my credit card provider but obviously I was out of pocket until this was processed. This so called “family run business” is clearly not that but simply a SCAM. They are continuing to operate and therefore continuing to take peoples money fraudulently so please DO NOT purchase from them. They have been reported to the police who are investigating.

Still no news from my item that was ordered on the 17th of December. I am very angry as such scammers can exist and no one takes an action against them. Avoid this liars for all cost. The company doesn’t even exist, it’s all scam!!!!!

SCAM… Quick to take your money but wont send the item. Been waiting for 3 months for a toilet seat wont answer my calls.

Took my order online and immediately took payment from my debit card. A week later, no need no information no updates and certainly no delivery. UK Heritage Bath have not responded to direct emails, phone calls or to messages via their website contact page.
I wish I had seen all these reviews before I ordered. I am extremely angry and upset and will be reporting this sham of a company to trading standards as well as to Visa.

Note: company is in liquidation and the directors are taking no responsibility. This is theft and no authority will take action. You can get the director's names and details from Google, just search for the company name.

Bought some cabinets, got the email confirming order, but nothing on delivery, have tried to ring mobile and land line but just keep getting the phone put down. Should have checked their reliability before ordering. If they are a reputable company why do they repeatedly put their phone down on me.?

Should be no stars, do not use. Items missing from my delivery they do not answer phone or e.mails. No refund just took my money.

I'm only giving them one star beause you can't give them zero! I bought a kitchen tap from them on 9th November, received a confirmation that the order had been paid for and was being processed. but I have not received another email, phone call or text from them, let alone the actual product. I have tried to call and the phone just cuts off. I have sent 3 emails detailing my purchase, which they advised another reviewer to do on this website, and none of my emails have been responded to. This company is a joke. If they were a legitimate company I'm afraid their reputation is now hanging on a frayed string. I will be seeking legal action if I don't get a response.

Ordered an item - as with the same with most people, not in stock and had to order in. I called for an update and was promised a call back with delivery time. Never received a call, no item arrived after 3 weeks.

Be warned!!!!

Ordered a shower head on the 8th October (nearly 8 weeks ago) and the item never arrived. I ended up having to purchase an item from a different company. Despite getting in contact with UKHeritageBathCo to request a refund, I have heard nothing from them and no refund has been made. They owe me £245.98!

Update 04.01.22 - still no response from the company. Given the other reviews they clearly owe a lot of people. Looks like they're bankrup and stealing money now and should be petitioned for compulsory liquidation.

This company is evil, they will take your money and not answer the phone, not worth it. Avoid.

Having not received any updates for the past 10 days on the delivery of my item (brushed brass heated towel rail) I tried calling the number on the website numerous times with no answer. Always a bad sign and very frustrating. I also wrote emails requesting an update on delivery. Because of the poor communication I have now decided to cancel the order and have requested that in writing. I do hope that someone responds soon or I will be forced to report this company. Thanks

Ordered two items from this website. They never arrived. I phoned repeatedly and was promised delivery in a few days every time. Eventually lost patience and asked that the order be cancelled and refunded - they agreed to do this but never did. In the end I had to raise a dispute via PayPal. This company are basically thieves on the internet, as far as I can work out.

Would not use this company take your money nerve received the sink never answered the emails when you talk to a guy called ash you can’t believe him £109.98 down the drain

I can only reiterate what other bad reviews have already said...
They take your money
Send you an email saying Shipped
Goods don't arrive
They don't answer your phone calls or emails
They leave you no option but to claim back through your credit card company.
They shouldn't advertise goods on their website if they are not available for delivery or clearly marked as such.
Their prices may look good but it's really not worth the hassle, so avoid.
They will probably respond to this bad review with some excuse but they've had plenty of opportunity to answer the phone and respond to my emails.

UPDATE 16 11, post company response.
I see I get the typical excuses but ultimately goods have still not arrived, and not a single response to my emails. I DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD YOU SAY.
Perhaps if you spend less time responding to bad reviews and more time responding to customer queries people would be a bit less angry. Just do your job and deliver what was purchased, simple.
I can still buy the item on your website today we says to me this is one big SCAM.

This is a scam company, please avoid at all costs. They take your money, send a pretend invoice, then ship nothing. Wont refund money or answer emails or phone calls.
