Still waiting on a mixer tap that I ordered on the 15th of September.
Had an email to say it had been dispatched, but in didn’t arrive.
Called & emailed numerous times. You either get told they’ll sort it straight away & call you back, which they don’t, or it rings & then goes to a voice message, suggesting you send them a text??
Was emailed another date for delivery & again item didn’t arrive.
Another 3 emails sent over the following weeks requesting a refund & have heard nothing back!!
Now chasing a refund through the bank 😩

I ordered a bath panel from you in April.
Despite numerous emails and enquires I have never received it.
You have provided no tracking information, and yet after asking for a refund on several occasions I was told it was delivered and ‘you would have to check on that’. That was 4 months ago.

The time taken to answer enquiries is ridiculous.
I have asked for evidence that the panel was delivered but have nothing back from you ……..again
If it weren’t for the elaborate website I would have said from the way I have been treated that this company is a huge scam.

The reply to my review is extraordinary. Essentially, UKHERITAGEBATHROOM are happy advertise goods, to take your money to pay for the goods, then blame a customer and supplier if the goods do not arrive. This is really simple.
I ordered a bath panel in April this year. You have all the details because I have sent them to you countless times. I then received an email to say it had shipped, then nothing………..despite unanswered phone calls, emails requesting updates you have not provided a shred of evidence to say the panel arrived. Nothing, no note, signature, nothing. I have asked for my money back on numerous occasions to no avail.
I reiterate what I said before. Your company is a joke, as are your responses to negative reviews.
!!!DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Save yourself the stress and buy elsewhere. Takes the payment doesn’t supply the goods. Emails not answered phone calls terminated without answering. Appalling service. Do not use. Now chasing refund through my bank card.

I ordered a bathroom wall unit. Checked tracking said dispatched 23 Sep 21. Emailed wk later to find out where it was as no updates. As no response to my email telephoned to be told that postage was more expensive than quoted and therefore not shipped. No one seemed to have been going to contact me unless I'd contacted them. Delivery charges were too expensive so I advised I wanted to cancel my order and have money returned to my bank account. Told this would be done. I also followed my cancellation up with an email. No response to my email. No refund to my account, called again to be told would d be in my account within 5 working days. 5 days up today and guess what no money has been refunded. Tried calling no answer and no voicemail available to leave a message. I needed the refund to be able to find a company who could deliver the cabinet I needed in time for my bathroom fitting.
I wouldn't recommend using this company unless you want the runaround, to be out of pocket and no response to emails or telephone calls.

Update to above.
As per the response to this review, dated 8 Oct A refund has indeed been made to my PayPal account dated 9 Oct 21 at 8.46am. A day after my review, no coincidence.
As for the companies comments regarding delivery. This was not mentioned when ordering and if I hadn't made contact if still be waiting.

So disappointed. I ordered and paid for a bath. Then I immediately noticed they could supply matching bath panels so I rang them to ask if they would include these in the order. That was when I discovered there is no way of contacting this company after you pay the money. They do not take incoming calls and ignore multiple emails. I did receive an email telling me when the bath would arrive, IT DIDN'T. After several attempts at phoning them I rang and heard someone dialling out. He had no option but to acknowledge me. He assured me the bath would arrive in three days. It didn't but he rang me ( number witheld ) to say the bath was coming from the manufacturer and I had to pay a further £99 or cancel the order. I cancelled. I received an email saying the account status was REFUNDED. Ten days later no money yet. i am 74 yrs old and live alone. I have found this terribly stressful. I have had to borrow money to buy a bath elsewhere. Your website stated postage cost to my address would be £19.99 which I had already paid. Checking my bank daily

Ordered a mixer tap almost two months ago. Still no sign of it. Nobody answers the phone or responds to repeated emails. Next step will be to report them for fraud as they have taken my money with no sign of supplying any goods and no way to contact them.

Purchased quite a few bits from this company, found the owner to be efficient and aimed to please. Got me a very competitive price on what I needed, delivered when he said they would be. Overall I'm very happy and will buy again from here

Do not order from here.
Called on Tuesday 14th as we needed a shower. Wanted to confirm it would be arrive by Friday before we placed the order. The owner assured us it'll be here by Friday and we placed the order.
Friday came and we spent all day at home and no order. We emailed him and called over a hundred times and no answer.
Our plumber arrived on sat (as the owner promised it'll arrive friday)
We tried to call again and finally got through and he said he can't help and call on Monday. I pleaded and literally begged on the phone for some information or delivery tracking no. He said that it should have arrived Friday and the manufacturing company have messed up. He said he couldn't contact the company (frontline) as they were closed. He put the phone down and was unhelpful. I then rang the frontline myself and got through to customer services who stated he hasn't placed and order since 6th and my order didn't exist. So I tried to call him back and he won't answer his calls. He's avoiding me. Luckily I paid with PayPal and have raised a dispute. I thought people were overreacting about him but its true. He's a scammer. Genuinely beware. Don't buy

Would give zero stars if I could. The customer service and communication is shocking and down right rude. Order was 2 weeks late had to call and chase twice. Order came and it was wrong. They were willing to exchange but this would have led to more cost calling the plumber back. Refused any discount or reimbursement. Shocking don't order from these cowboys go to a proper company.

Ordered radiator valves & they still haven't been delivered, it's now more than 2 weeks since they were marked as dispatched. Phoned & was told they'd been delivered but no proof of this was forthcoming. I was told to ask for a refund via email but now I'm not receiving any replies. Avoid this company, seems like a bit of a scam to me.

Update: Had to phone yet again & was again told to send another email to request a refund. My order has finally been cancelled but no word on any refund - I'm only finding out one might be coming my way from the reply to this review. Still on proof the valves ever got delivered which obviously they didn't or it would have been shared with me by now
A mere £24.99 is still better in my pocket than some con artists acting as a middleman for other companies. Should have ordered straight from the manufacturer if they were sending them to me anyway.

Update - Over a month now & I've still not got my refund. No sign of the order either as you might't have guessed.

Ordered a shower kit online and paid for it.
Got a confirmation email that the order had been received but after a couple of weeks no confirmation of a delivery date.
Have emailed twice to ask if there is an issue with the order with no reply.
Now four weeks have passed and no contact from anybody so have asked to cancel order and get a refund......funny enough still no reply.
Please don't use the company....you'll regret it.

Amazing customer services with Ash the owner. Very knowledgable about products and styles. Great communication via phone and email. Very competitively priced.

Such a shame. The owner was so friendly and believable. But after seventeen days of excuses and no delivery of my toilet, I have had to make a PayPal claim for a refund. I've received an automated email from the company saying my order is cancelled, in response to my PayPal complaint, no mention of a refund. I chose this company purely because the owner was so friendly and made me feel like a valued customer, which made them stand out from other companies. However, there was never a delivery date, however many times I called him and despite him telling me it was in stock and would be with me within five working days. I have waited in every week day now since I ordered it and enough is enough. I've had reasons given, such as 'shipping from Dubai' and 'it was marked as dispatched when it shouldn't have been' and assurances that it would be here in plenty of time. It wasn't and it never arrived. He may well be the nice man he seemed to be on the phone initially but, having been impossible to reach by phone in recent days, this morning he emailed to assure me he would sort it and get back to me and, yet again, he did not. Added to that, their phone number frequently cuts out and says it cannot connect, which just adds to the frustration. I was so pleased that they found me a toilet so similar to the one I actually wanted but now I wonder if the order was actually ever coming. Very disappointing and now I have to start from scratch ordering elsewhere, when I eventually get my refund.

beware stay clear of this online registered company, having to continually chase for my item given constant excuses and replies saying contact me back never do, short staffed, no electricity, too busy! not even a show room! emails returned no such website! very disappointing as says family run business!

Been looking for full bathroom suite online I contacted Uk Heritage Bathrooms, prices were more than competitive I ordered full suite to be delivered, very prompt service definately use in the future and recommend to others. Many thanks

Customer service 5* after receiving a number of quotes for my new en-suite I came across U.K. Heritage Bath Co on social media.
Nothing was too much trouble I visited their showroom the gentleman I dealt with was so helpful and knowledgeable I saved £100’s on a higher quality suite that I absolutely love! Couldn’t be happier!
