I purchased robot hoover as I had an accident and am now disabled. It arrived well pa kaged no damage but on using it I discovered it simple moves round and round in circles and does not collect any dirt or fluff at all.i ran it for 12 minutes and the dirt bin was completely empty.i tried on carpet on tiles and on laminate but it would not pick up anything .I put feathers and crumbs in its path but it ran over them leaving them on the floor.i requested a refund they refused .eventually after much haggling they gave me half my money back .disgusting customer service the machine is useless.I will never use this seller again.

Please please please do not purchase the Valty Heater, you'd get more heat from an ice cube in all honesty. Complete and utter scam, avoid at all costs.

The Sweeping Robot ran well at first, but before long it would stop running at about 4 minutes, even after being charged according to instructions. I could then press the button to run it again, but it would only run for about 1 minute. I'm very dissatisfied.

Awful Company do not buy from them!

I purchased airpods they were rubbish and despite promising hassle free returns I have been chasing my refund since May!! Now they have stopped responding!

If I could score zero I would.

I bought some ear buds from this company which after 6 months stopped working.

There is no phone number for the company and despite sending emails to every address I can find, I have not received a response. £50 down the drain.

The only reason I gave 1* is I could leave none, faulty products and mess you about with emails until 30 day warranty runs out, shocking get same products cheaper and better on amazon

Email them saying that the goods are broken or mis-sold and ask them to collect the item at their cost.

DO NOT COMMUNICATE with them further than that, you don't need to. The credit card company will only need this email.

Call/contact whoever you paid through credit card etc and tell them you have been a victim of fraud. You should be able get your money back pretty easily.

I bought Buddy Pro earphones for my son. Right one stopped charging within weeks. They sent a replacement which took weeks to appear, then the same thing happened again. They offered 35% refund or full refund if I sent them back. Cost of postage is £17 to China which I have to pay. Finally they have agreed to a 60% refund, which hasn't yet arrived, but it has still cost me £16 for the privilege of buying these substandard ear phones. I would not buy anything from this company again. Stick to products from the UK. Sometimes you pay more but there is a reason for that. And if they don't work it is easier to obtain a refund. Stear well clear of this firm.

The company is a fraud. Please don’t buy anything from them. All other reviews of faulty goods, no return guarantees, no full refunds, no actual means of contacting them direct. No customer service, and the plug in heater product is a fake. I have contacted them Numerous times via email with no reply. Called the Spanish address but no reply. I will pursue the case with my bank.

Don't buy from this company. On their website they have 5star reviews which is clearly fake. I ordered a plug in heater on 30th march 2022 and received the item on the 21st April 22 as it was sent from China despite the company being registered in Spain. Any way the item was cheap counter fit and I didn't want to risk my house burning down. The item had no return address so I contacted them via email so I could receive a full refund. I was offered 25% 35% and 50% refund and I could keep the item. I refused as was given an address in China to return. Item returned via tracked delivery and still no refund. I opened a case with PayPal and am awaiting response from seller. Really dodgy company. I've returned item therefore I'm within my rights to full £55.95 refund.

Don't buy from them. I bought three of the plug-in little heaters from them, the packaging was torn, no instructions and grossly overpriced. The best they would do was a third off. Then refused to answer any of my emails. Beware of them, they are con artists

I am sorry I did not read the reviews before purchasing. I bought an item that was supposed to double/tripple my internet connection speed but had no effect at all. I am still trying to get a refund three months after purchase, but no response. Next step is to approach the credit card company and ask them to intervene (section 75).

Awful service - address for returns is in China!
Will probably cost more to return than keep this useless cleaner with no suction at all!

Bought fitness watches in December. They arrived early January. Poor screen size and difficult to read. Poor charging connector and often fail to charge. Both watches have now failed. Absolute rubbish. Will never use this firm again as reviews show that most of their gear is rubbish.

Avoid this company, they sell very substandard products and do not follow their published refund policy on their website. Ordered a T10 cooler which looks very used and does not work as specified, absolute rubbish. Complained and sent requested pictures. They promised to refund 60% of the purchase price in January and still have not received anything.

PayPal is definitely the best way to do a transaction on the internet. They are on to these scammers and were able to refund the whole purchase price for two Astro CX “robot vacuum cleaners”, Yes, I got sucked in by how marvellous these machines were with a docking station that didn’t exist and a Bluetooth connection that also didn’t exist not to mention a “mopping function” that was an insult to the intelligence of a gnat. These units were a real joke but more importantly be wary that the reviews were likely set up with obscure companies that were also on the take. Thanks PayPal for your excellent service. The problem will be that businesses such as Buy-Tech will dissolve and reform like the parasitic entities that they are. We are burdened by unethical practises on the Internet and that's why we need to be vigilant when purchasing (if its sound too good to be true it most likely is). Maximise the return policies that your banks and credit lenders provide and if they don't provide it then change to a financier that does. This is why I like Paypal.

As before, and with an overwhelming number of other buyers.... Arrived damaged, crushed, looking secondhand. Contacted Buy-Tech, sent confirmatory photos. Was offered to keep item..."to be given as a gift to someone else"...and an initial refund of 25%. Unacceptable. Again, as with others a full refund was finally offered but only after return of the damaged/crushed/non-working item, to mainland China. (The item had been delivered originally via Royal Mail / Tracked 48 method). Any/all returns were to be subject to "restocking fee" and a "handling charge." Put the whole matter into the hands of the credit card company that handled the payment. They indemnify the entire purchase, and a full, 100% refund was obtained. For others, if a debit card has been used for the purchase.... a "charge back" transaction ensures a full refund. PayPal likewise. DON'T LET THEM TREAT CUSTOMERS THIS WAY.
