Ukminibushire Reviews 

We used Ukminibushire for the Gold Cup Day at Cheltenham, the company were easy to deal with and reassured us of any concerns we had prior to the trip. On the day the driver was local and had a good knowledge of the local roads meaning we could avoid some of the chaos. We will be using them again and would highly recommend.

The booking system was easy and call operators were always helpful - especially Michelle.

Dave the driver was a great chap and was helpful and attentive throughout the day. Would recommend and use again.

The team at ukminibushire are extremely fast replying and highly efficient. I do sense some competition between colleagues there which can feel a little bit 'awkward' from the customer position, but cannot knock their speed overall.
I have used ukminibushire twice for the same type of vehicle and there was differing quality between the buses we received. I guess they use various suppliers. Buses have been decent overall though.

Ian, the driver arrived on time and was very accommodating.

The communication from the team prior to the event was superb. Always on hand to ensure the correct information is shared. On the day of the event the minibus was prompt and allowed for an easy departure.

Driver was very good, efficient and on time and no dramas whatsoever. I would definitely recommend this company for your minibus hire. We continue to use them for all our sporting events.

The coach arrived on time, clean and ready - Mojo, the driver was fantastic! He was very professional and a good driver.

The driver was friendly, accommodating to our needs and on time. The vehicle was clean and driven well.

Unfortunately the communication with the booking team (Edward) was far from good, not only did I have to both call and email prior and on the day of travel to get drivers details (which were incorrect when received) there was no proactive customer service (except to ask for a review).

This is a shame as the actual service did what we wanted …

I was very pleased with the service given to us on what was a sad occasion, being my father’s funeral. The driver was courteous and understanding.

Great communication, and great service, the driver (Daniel) arrived early to the pick up spot so we were ahead of time for leaving. Great journey and even stopped for a break when requested. We arrived at Twickenham and he left to go and find a spot, where he waited for us to finish and then collected us at 7pm from a requested pickup spot to take us back home! Great travel and would highly recommend!

Booked a mini coach 24 seater with this company and communication was all good. Was sent a 16 and 8 seater on the day which wasn’t expected but was fine the drivers where great and on time

We hired a minibus for 11 people from UK Minibus Hire on the 6th of December for a children’s paintball trip, and the experience was absolutely fantastic.

The driver arrived perfectly on time, the minibus was spotless and very comfortable. After the game the kids came back a bit muddy, but the driver was incredibly understanding and friendly.

The driving was very smooth and careful, which gave us a lot of peace of mind, especially with children on board.

Highly professional service from start to finish — we would definitely use this company again and strongly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality transport.
