Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

They often encountered issues with unclear or absent signage, leading to fines in locations where parking rules were not evident. Customers also described staff as unhelpful and lacking empathy, focusing on issuing tickets rather than assisting drivers. Some people were dissatisfied with the appeal process, finding it confusing or that their appeals were rejected without proper consideration or explanation. Scammers - Do not engage

Scam artists & ableist abusers who hide evidence and reduce fines out of 'generosity' even when not legally enforceable. They rely on scare tactics to earn their money & block contact when approached by lawyers.

I have successfully appealed their attempts to blackmail me & when offered to sit in a court room outside of these fines at my expense, they have refused.

Anyone working on commission for this company will have a nice seat burning in hell alongside their directors. This company and others like it need standardising to protect vulnerable people and good hard working citizens from being abused and harassed by crooks.

Data protection concerns

I am not writing this to ensure UKPC has a one star rating as they already do. All companies in the UK have an obligation to follow data protection laws in particular with regards to personally identifiable information such as from the DVLA. I am not satisfied this company is operating legally and they have been reported to the ICO.

If I could give this a minus

If I could give this a minus, there wouldn’t be a minus number big enough! Scam company, send out final notice with no prior notice. Sent letters to them recorded with no response, can’t call them, can’t email them. A joke.
Disgrace company.

One of the most disgraceful company

Most disgraceful company, I provided all evidences and got the pcns cancelled in the store as I worked there as a contractor. They just simply ignored to cancel at dept recovery plus and I've got ccj .they didn't even have the decency to notify me about the court case because I would walked in with the cancellation emails. Hope one day someone will be able to hold them accountable.

the 4th of march 24 i started my first complaint with this company about me paying for a parking permit, for my car in Apsley LOCK hp3, I HAVE HAD A VERY POOR RESPONSE AND OVER A YEAR LATER I AM STILL CHASING why am i paying for a parking permit, when no one else does, there are no wardens to stop anyone from parking there as many do get the train into London and don't get any tickets but us that live there carnt even get a parking space even thou we pay for that privelege. The customer service never answer the phone and is automated so you never ever get to speak with anyone on the phone at all. so this is the worst parking company i have ever had the fortune to come across.

We parked in Asda (Cheadle Hulme) with only four disabled spaces that were all taken so I had to park a little bit over the line in a parking bay to allow my mother to exit the vehicle on the passenger side, someone came along, took a picture and then sent us a fine through the post. Absolutely disgusting the Asda of Cheadle Hulme allows this company to discriminate against disabled people.

Don’t trust UKPC

I parked in a bay avoiding the marked X box, although it was worn it was clearly visible, received a fine for parking between 2 bays (which was the only way to park to avoid the box. Appeal rejected, I appealed to POPLA, that was a waste of time, they didn’t even acknowledge my point. Fine has increased from £60 to £100 as the appeals took me over my grace period for the lower rate. Furthermore, 2 weeks after my appeal the bay I parked in had been properly re-painted, so it was obvious where to. These people are disgusting, cowards, you can’t speak to them on the phone. I will write to my local MP, this blatant disrespect for honest citizens should be reviewed.
ps They charge £1.50 for the privilege of paying and £2.00 if it’s a commercial card, that’s on Debit cards too, robbing bastards!

UKPC parking fraud

UKPC parking fraud

On 5 May I parked at the Pangbourne Working Mens Club car park in Pangbourne and paid £1.50 for a maximum stay of 2 hours. I have the parking ticket and the charge on my credit card as proof that I paid. UKPC
decided to send me a parking fine. Seriously? This clearly is an attempt of fraud to make extra cash of people who followed the rules and paid for parking probably in the hope people lost their proof of payment or parking ticket to make an appeal. If you pursue the fine I will take legal action and let’s see if the press might be interested in your fraudulent tactics.

My daughter who arrived with her own car, parked at the same time and also received the fine. This is outrageous.

Recommendation: Avoid ever parking at UKPC controlled car parks if at all possible and especially at this one!

Should have option of ZERO!!

Should have option of ZERO!!!
How the hell is this company getting away with the fraud they are committing?!
Used the car park got a ticket via THEIR machine received fine for not paying! Emailed them proof of payment etc they came back and said we had put wrong licence in the app. We DIDNT use the app we paid on the machine! They apologised their mistake we could just pay the £20 admin fee!!! Are they ok?
Why would I pay an admin fee for a letter that shouldn’t have been sent to me! Emailed them back to say same thing no reply then get a debt collection company letter sent to me called them they were rude and basically said tough! Read so many reviews of people saying they had no choice but to pay and ended up paying hundreds, this is actually fraud, harassment and theft

Complete scamming parasitic scum

Complete scamming parasitic scum, had an invoice for not parking in box, ie slightly on kerb due to vehicle next too me being too large for their space etc, not interfering or obstructing anyone, appealed declined appeal to governing body decking even though signage inadequate. Would have liked to have gone to court with these low life’s but unfortunately it’s not worth the time, I really hope that at some point these scumbags get shut down and they have their assets seized as proceeds from illegal activities.
