Like many others
Like many others, I wish I could give less than star. But parked up for a few hours outside a screwfix late in the evening, stayed in the car waiting for my son. No obvious signs so got a £60 fine. Tried to appeal it but got no receipt or email after submitting it. Read reviews about they wait before dealing with appeal so now you have to pay £100. So paid my £61.50 just incase. Just as well I did because on 29/07/25 (1 month later) they replied to my appeal. Saying it was correct and me paying admitted liability. No UKPC, me paying was because I was fearful that because of your shady practices you'd have made me pay £100 whilst in appeal.
Fined £170 without prior notice
I made a mistake and entered a car park in Oldham, I drove through. I was on the car park a minute or so, this was back in June. Yesterday a fine notice for £170 came in, 6 weeks after the incident no prior notice. I paid it (plus £1.50 transaction fee!!!!) and then tried to appeal. I cant appeal because I've paid it !!!!!
pair of crooks - fining people who have already paid to park!
visited Kempston Street, Liverpool, L3 carpark - a nasty grotty little back street car park at that!
drove in 13:03, found a space, grabbed coat/bags walked over to the machine at the other end of the car park, wrestled with the adding time function on a machine with the really faded display and faded instructions, paid for 4 hours at 13:10 (although the expiry was 17:00, which was fine)
drove out of the car park at 16:59, so within the allocated time.
I kept my parking ticket that I'd bought - just in case!
9 days later I received a parking charge through the post for £40/£100
appealed with a photo of my ticket, placed on top of the letter.
4 weeks later - appeal denied, but as a gesture of goodwill, I could pay £30 instead of the £100.
Looked up these crooks on Companies House, raised a complaint with Trading Standards and Citizens Advice, now off to raise a complaint with POPLA.
I was parked within the lines, my ticket was clearly displayed and I paid for my parking already once!!
What a bunch of crooks these people are (Benedict Michael Booke and Kenan Thomas Erkul) you should be ashamed of yourselves!!
Dodgy business practices
I received a parking penalty charge in the post for parking a few minutes in an area where it wasn’t obvious it was a restricted parking area. After I received the penalty charge I went back to check if there were actually signs to say it was a restricted parking area. It was obvious then how I missed the signs because they were at the very top of a very tall lamp post. This company operate in a manner to catch out the public and then writes to them in a threatening manner which forces them to pay up rather than have a whole lot of hassle from them. Why hasn’t this company been investigated for its dodgy business practices.
CCTV Vultures
A frustrating experience with an all-too-familiar story.
While I acknowledge that I overstayed by 10 minutes, the penalty imposed was entirely disproportionate — especially when compared to charges issued by local councils for similar infractions. It’s difficult to see this as anything other than opportunistic, greedy overcharging.
The widespread criticism of this company speaks volumes, and I wouldn't be surprised if such practices are subject to tighter regulation or outright reform in the near future. The current model prioritizes greed over fairness. Just another unethical, lazy way to extract money from everyday people. Plain and simple.
Completely robbed
Completely robbed. Money with menaces. These people are crooks yet they have legal protection.
Too expensive to challenge them.
Pure theft, nothing else.
Scavenging jackals.
Tried to get a receipt for payment
Tried to get a receipt for payment.
No option on machine. Use number no options. Use receipt option on side of machine and it cannot find payment. Odd that as they tookmy money from my bank ok. Why is this firm not thrown out of British Parking Association..
They will never change until they have to pay fines or lose accreditation
Frimley Park Hospital
Parked at Frimley Park Hospital to drop my partner off, I didn’t even get out of the car when I was hit by a van.
By the time I exchanged details and took photos it exceeded the 10 minutes that are permitted. I had been to the office and they said they’d recorded that we would go over our time.
Then received a parking fine and following an appeal with all the evidence, then were told that they would charge a discretionary £20 as our appeal was not upheld.
Total criminals!!
Absolutely appalling treatment by this…
Absolutely appalling treatment by this company, just scumbags. My 85-year-old father, a registered blue badge holder, parked in the appropriate disabled bay at a hospital he’s visited over 20 times without issue. Unbeknownst to him, the hospital had changed its procedure regarding blue badge display, and he received a penalty notice despite acting in good faith.
After submitting proof of his badge and explaining the situation, the company responded with a “reduced” £20 fine along with a warning that appealing further could result in the full amount being reinstated. This kind of response feels predatory, lacking empathy, and shows zero regard for elderly or disabled individuals. Shameful approach to enforcement.
Paid for our parking then got a letter…
Paid for our parking then got a letter saying we owed them £100 for non payment. Appealed sending proof of payment on our bank statement. Received an email saying after 'careful consideration ' they feel the parking charge to have been correctly issued. However based on the evidence we have provided they have decided to reduce the charge to £20. WHY...........give us a reason why we should pay you £20 when we paid for our parking.
Disgusting company who fined us £180…
Disgusting company who fined us £180 for apparently parking outside of a yellow box (with a blue badge). Never sent us anything in the post and then referred to their sister company DCB Legal who are trying to get a CCJ on my wife.
I would give no stars

Absolutely disgusting!!!
Con men at the best
Scammers - Do not engage
Scam artists & ableist abusers who hide evidence and reduce fines out of 'generosity' even when not legally enforceable. They rely on scare tactics to earn their money & block contact when approached by lawyers.
I have successfully appealed their attempts to blackmail me & when offered to sit in a court room outside of these fines at my expense, they have refused.
Anyone working on commission for this company will have a nice seat burning in hell alongside their directors. This company and others like it need standardising to protect vulnerable people and good hard working citizens from being abused and harassed by crooks.
Worst ever company to deal with
