Brill, great product and service

Love the quality of the products but have had problems getting a good fit recently. I don't know if its the styles but whatever I try they simply don't fit me correctly which I find strange when I have other Ultimo bras already that are so comfortable.

I'm also very disappointed and somewhat surprised that its actually legal that you can't have a refund on 'sale' items.

Fantastic fit would have liked a little less delivery time!

Products arrived pretty fast. I had to return an item and still awaiting a response from them or acknowledgement despite being asked to return by recorded delivery, a cost which they don't cover, to ensure a fast service.

Would have been a 5 Star rating,but let down by the oversized packaaging for a solitary item. Excellent quality item and reasonable prices.

Had no problems with them. My item was dispatched quickly and arrived within a few days.

A little disappointed. I'm sure they would be great on the right person and I can see why they are so popular. They will definitely hold you in a bit but you will likely spill out over other side's instead. If you need something low front and back these will work because you will feel protected but they are not line or seam free for the average girl. They didn't work for me at my dress fitting today so hopefully I can return them but if not I will let you know.

Poor customer service to not offer free returns

only because I order the delivery for 3-5 days from when I ordered the items
but I got a email 4 days later saying that now in 3-5 days my order will be there
so now I'm stressing as if the order doesn't come in time I have nothing to wear for my party on Saturday night

The bra cups were very over sized. I’m normally 36 E, I think I could have dropped down to a D cup - not even DD would have fit. On a positive, delivery was fast and quality very good. A shame it was way out size wise.

Arrived on time, no issues.

The main issue I had was the packaging. I ordered 2 pairs of briefs; a suspender belt and a bra and they all arrived in separate boxes (each larger than a shoe box). It seemed crazy to have a tiny pair of briefs in such a big box!

Also there is not really a proper returns service as with most companies - I would like a paid return label.
