I bought 2x C2 monitors from this…

I bought 2x C2 monitors from this company and they are amazing for what you get. Not only very competitive price but very high quality materials and top performance. You literally can't get anything better at that price range and I've tried several companies before: (Asus much higher price but worse performance and build quality, Arzopa not bad but Uperfect is noticeably better, Zsus - was the worst in everything except price and their support is non existent). The monitor I bought is only comparable to OLED. Their support team is awesome as well. You can't go wrong with this brand.

Products are ok

Products are ok, a bit on the expensive side.
However be careful because they don't follow European laws. As a consumer I have the right of free return, no questions asked.
They simply refused to comply. So if there were a problem with the product, good luck with it

By the way, I ordered a certain model and I received another. Differences are only in the appearance, not in functionalities, nonetheless it is disappointing

Dual portable monitor 4k 27 inch

Hallo, i wann to know ist will be a dual monitor 24 or 27 ich in 4k live delta max 23.8 but in 2k Resolution or 4k will be great. I have sein Thatcher innoview have so a monitor with this specs. I love the delta Max but its only "1080P" and not 2k or 4k

Good Product and Customer Service dept.

Recently I have received the 21.5" 120Hz potable touch montor. All specified functions work straight out of the box with my mini Win-11 PC. I have the intention to use these as a XXL Windows Tablet. My question for the customer service has been answered swiftly, redirected to the right channel.

I ordered a monitor and all went very well. Shipped in a couple of days, arrived quickly, no import duties and no damages. It worked perfectly.
The monitor itself is showing some weakness, but it was all clearly known from the beginning, so im very satisfied.

Misleading Information, Lack of Support, and an Expensive Lesson

I purchased the Uperfect dual monitors with the expectation they would work as advertised, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. At no point on Uperfect’s website or in any of their information materials does it state that, in order to use the dual monitors outside of a direct computer connection, you must use a “single-input, two-output docking station.” This is a critical piece of information that completely changes the setup requirements.

Because this was never disclosed, I purchased a docking station that is now completely incompatible. This has become a very expensive mistake—entirely due to Uperfect’s lack of transparency.

To make matters worse, Uperfect’s customer support has been unhelpful. My emails have gone round in circles with no real solutions, and instead of addressing the actual problem, their only suggestion was for me to purchase yet another docking station—at additional cost to me. This is not a fair or honest way to treat customers.

The lack of clear product information and the dismissive approach from support has left me with a product I cannot fully use and unexpected costs I should never have incurred. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing Uperfect monitors to be fully aware of the hidden requirements and the poor after-sales support. Not to mention the lack of resolution from a company that prides themselves as being the leaders in "Building work stations". Very disappointing.

Question about Ucolor O2 version

I had a question about the version of the Ucolor O2. They immediately responded in a way I am not used to. It was refreshing to get true friendly help, not the standard support go-around. The website could be a bit more helpful but they cleared up my questions quickly by responding very timely to my several concerns and I ended up changing my order because they helped me to understand that there was another version that better suited my interest. Usually support wants to get rid of you but insted here they wanted a conversation with me to help me get exactly what I wanted. How often does that happen? Not often!

Warranty with ease

The original screen i had was really great. super bright & clear.

Unfortunately it froze or died a few years later and i reached out to the team and they were really on to it. Sent a video of the malfunction and was offered a replacement of the current version or choose a different one & pay the difference.

lots of comms and nothing but easy for me - so i do really recommend Uperfect :)
