I hope to come back to provide positive feedback on the product but UPerfect needs to figure out logistics. Product has been in shipping purgatory going on 2 weeks.

UPerfect has a good selection of products for this portable monitor market. The prices are very competitive and the products seem to be good quality. I had to deal with the sales support and got a good response in a reasonable time. Good experience with them so far, given they are an overseas company serving the European market.

I purchased two Uperfect UGame C2 Pro (M160T04) for use on the go. My main reason for choosing this model was that it matches well with my current Legion 5 Pro laptop, which thankfully it does. They have basically the same aspect ratio and resolution, with approximately the same screen size, bevel size, matte surface, and color gamut.

- The colors did not match at first, I had to adjust them using the OSD settings, but after a bit of trial and error, I managed to get a set of values for each monitor that gets them close enough to the laptop screen;
- After applying adjustments, the colors look good, not as good as the ones on my Dell monitors, but very close to the ones on my laptop screen. As far as I can tell, they seem to truly be 100% sRGB IPS panels with 178 viewing angles;
- The OSD works well, the buttons are decent, but it takes a bit of time getting used to them. It does not provide that many adjustment options, but what it provides is more than enough for me. I am using Twinkle Tray to control the Brightness and Contrast from Windows anyway;
- I like the included flip cover, it is of decent quality without being a fingerprint magnet, and works well at supporting the monitor when in use or protecting it from scratches when in storage;
- Both my monitors have a tiny 0.5-0.7mm gap between the top plastic bevel and the metal frame. This seems to be caused by a manufacturing error, as there is something inside that pushes the frame to bulge a bit in that area. It doesn't bother me that much, I am mentioning it because it is something I noticed in hopes they will be able to fix this in future models;
- I am able to power and use both my monitors using only the included Type-C cables, but keep in mind that if you want Max Brightness, you need to power them using the included 20W adapter. This makes sense, as there is a limited amount of power that a USB-C port/cable can deliver in parallel with a video signal;
- The included power adapters do not support PPS, they can only output 5V-3A, 9V-2.22A, 12V-1.66A, so you are limited in their use. However, I tested my Google GA03502-EU 30W charger and a different USB-C cable and was able to power them without issues;
- The included cables are good, but I find them a bit too thick and hard to bend/handle. I recommend including some USB-C/HDMI-D U-shaped adapters with your order, as they will come in handy when managing cables. I will also be ordering a set of L-shaped adapters from a local shop to help with this;

Overall, apart from a few suggestions for improvements, I am satisfied with my purchase and will definitely recommend these to other people.

I bought 2 X A17 portable screens. Their quality was excellent. Unfortunately, 1 of them got damaged in the center part while carrying it out on my backpack. UPerfect reacted promptly and offered me another screen for free and I could keep the original one. This is what one can call perfect customer support. Thanks for your flexibility!

We bought a portable 21 inch touch monitor. It had a dead touch area out of the box center left of the screen. 3 weeks of support exchange with videos demonstrating that the monitor was faulty and their ‘technical team’ continues to say that the screnn is working as expected and that they won’t do anything about it. Shocking ignorance example of bad manufacturing support. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Had an issue with the new UMax 24" IPS Display that I just bought a few months back. Product support was accomplished via screenshots and answering questions and within a couple of days a return tag was emailed. The day the defective one was received, a new one was sent as a replacement. It's highly recommended you SAVE your original packaging! The panel is very fragile and when I got the replacement within another few days (total turnaround was maybe a week and half) it was double boxed and double wrapped in heavy plastic shipping wrap! Fantastic! I cannot praise UPERFECT's support team (Thanks, Jenny!!) enough! Very happy customer and would recommend this panel !!

the returns comms and support were great.

The quality of the monitor (O2) is ok but not impressive. Requires a lot of adjusting to match my macbook pro monitor. Had an issue with the size of the ubag which was ultimately resolved, but I had to push for it.

The display has great colors! I bought it for color grading and managed to match it to my macbook. It's great for Rec709 grading.
Aftery buying the O2 display I had an issue that turned out to be the power adapter provided in the package. The custumer support was great and they even offered me an extra 30 day from the original 30 day trial period. The product shipped fast and there were no additional import fees as they have a warehouse in the EU.

This portable monitor - UColor O2 Pro works perfectly for my needs—excellent quality and it comes with all necessary cables. Lightweight and compact, it fits easily into a laptop bag for on-the-go use. I wish I’d purchased this sooner! The communication with customer service Jenny was also very pleasant.

Excellent quality, great value for money, and good service, from order to delivery and post-sales. Very good discovery UPerfect. And it continues to launch new products. 💪

Fast response to delivery requirement

Well I was hoping to get a human answer since my case is not a common one. The response was in line with my expectations but not what i would have expected.

The assistance was great by responding fast and clear on questions (afterwards) about the order! So i received the right product at once! Big compliments!!

Great bit of kit and fab customer service. Initially I thought the unit would be shipped form the UK but then I found out it was coming from china/hong kong and was worried about customs duty, VAT etc being added. I contacted customer service who reassured me there would be no additional costs. I don't know how the shipping process works but Uperfect took care of it all without me having to do anything.

Bought UPerfect Delta Mega, and there were complications along the line due terrible mistakes made by the delivery team, because there were errors made with the delivery. Everything seemed completely wrong and came to a halt until Jenny, from UPerfect Help Team stepped in to solve the entire problem. And it was completely out of her diligence and dedication to her job, that I managed to get my monitors..
