Appalling customer support/service with dead unit on arrival
Bought a brand new Delta touch from the company via the web. For some reason it was shipped from China and other items on same order from EU. Arrived nearly a week apart. Screen arrived and bottom half would not work. I am technical as I work in IT promoting hardware. Took 24 hours for the Support team to respond to me and an estimate of about 1 x response a day so they must be extremely busy solving issues. Thanks J€ππY for delayed support. Awaiting a diagnosis after sending in videos of all USB-C and Hdmi ports plugged in.

My monitor stopped working after about 1 month. Customer service was great though. They had me send a video showing the issue and trying a few things, so that they could try to diagnose what the problem was. After seeing that the monitor was not working properly, they sent me a new one right away.
Great service. I only hope this monitor does not have the same issue.

Uperfect has been incredibly communicative and helpful. Unfortunately, I had an issue with my monitor, but they quickly assisted me and sent a replacement since it was still under warranty. I’ve also ordered other items from them and asked plenty of questions beforehand—they’ve always been responsive, patient, and eager to help. Their customer service truly stands out!

I'm seriously disappointed at the length of time - STILL not shipped
I'm seriously disappointed, in my case I ordered on the 22 November 2024, here we are on the 16 Feb 2025, nothing, so almost 3 MONTHS in.
Order Reference 20246-2889
I've contacted them EIGHT times in this time frame, the best I've got is they 'might ship Mid Feb'
It IS now Mid Feb, nothing.
My advice to anyone thinking of buying, just don't, you may be kept waiting for MONTHS.
Uperfect you should hang your heads in shame, rest assured I will hit every review site I can find and tell the TRUTH.

Unfortunately received damaged monitor - dead pixels. but Jenny dealt with my case professionally, offered compensation, since I couldn't make return.

I haven't received my item yet because when I ordered unknowingly to me, they were out of stock.
However, Jenny the sales rep informed me of this shortcoming but I had to initiate by asking how can I be compensated for this rather than being offered.
They eventually included a feee item, not a choice of mine that I would like to have but a discount would have been nice rather than having to pay for another item to clear.
Update:
I sent numerous emails and messages but no response. Still no update on my package nor a refund.

I love these monitors for my work and streaming purposes. Makes it fun and easy to bring my consoles with me as well. Ive had incredible services when I had port issues and it was solved incredibly fast and clear what they were doing.
I would love to buy this product again.

We have two Uperfect 15.6” monitors for travel. At first, I was having trouble bring up the brightness. I finally gave up and emailed support. Lo and behold I got an answer in hours. The way the tech person explained how to increase the brightness the problem was resolved. It was so simple.
I have been looking to buy an addition two of their monitors, I am not looking at other brands as the current experience with the monitors is five stars. I have written tech service to ask a couple of questions about the monitors I am thinking of. The support response has been fast and clear. So, I am just watching the sales and will buy two monitors in an 18 or 22” size.
For me I like the product and the support. Very fortunate they are price competitive.
Also the support help is friendly and interested in what the issue is.

We ordered a monitor and only noticed two months later that it had spots on the display.
(It's actually our fault that we only discovered this so late ...)
In order to avoid a complicated and time-consuming return and because the monitor was basically usable, we were offered a Refund of almost 30% straight away!
Without having to send the device back!
