Worst customer service

Worst customer service. Bought the new anno and attempted to play. I have an old PlayStation account from 10 years ago that I can’t access. Went through unlinking process and it didn’t work. Spent hours trying to sort getting the account only to get blocked from creating new accounts to my PlayStation. I know they have good titles to play but avoid.

Rage

I want every single person that is in any way shape or form connected to ubisoft to be cursed forever with wearing wet socks.

I prefer to have a pirated verson that will forever mine bitcoins and sell my personal data than using any of their services. May the wrath of customer dissatisfaction catch up to all of you. Its time for this vermin to reduce to ashes!

worse service and website

I was trying to log into my old account I had for a while, when I went to reset my password and clicked save it would not save. Therefor I couldn't reset my password because the new password wouldn't save when I clicked save.

Cant even create an account

Bought Assaisn creed off steam, it doesnt work without an ubisoft connect account.

Cant create on on either the downloaded app or the website, says all my email, password & user all green but then says protected by captcha yet... the captcha never appears.

If youre forcing me to give over data via creating an ubisoft account, at least make it work.

laughable for a failing gaming company, i guess ill just request a refund via steam.

Ubisoft sucks. Games are unplayable, and when they do work, they are uncreative, unoriginal slop meant to get an easy buck out of people. God I hope this garbage company goes under.

Try to employ someone that knows what they are doing - it really helps. I am sadly dealing with an unbelievable amount of stupid trying to work your apps - each update of the connect client is worse than the last - it looks pretty though - what are you 3 yo ? Can’t login on any device yet again …

Constant problems with logging. I don't remember when it was different.

Constant problems logging into account. Previously, the app would log me out every few days. Now, a new quirk: it keeps asking me to CHANGE my password every day because it's suspicious... something. It's practically impossible to figure out the problem — I have to contact support and wait for them to respond. (Most likely, it's because I move to another country, and trying log in from there). Change region can be done ONLY through support. However, I've never had this problem with any other launcher from any other company. Ubisoft Connect is a 10-year-old dump.They lure you in with discounts, but then you literally can't start playing the game for 40 minutes because of problems with their app.

Where do I even start? My original Ubisoft account — with hundreds of dollars worth of games on it — got hacked. You'd think a company this size would have your back, right? Wrong. I contacted support and had to wait DAYS just for a reply, only to be told they couldn't do anything. Then they just closed my case. Hundreds of dollars, gone, and Ubisoft basically shrugged.

So I made a new account and had to repurchase my games out of my own pocket — including Skull and Bones. And what do I get for my trouble? My new account gets flagged for "suspicious activity." I'm the one who got hacked and I'M the one being treated like I did something wrong?

After fighting through all of that, I finally managed to get back into Ubisoft Connect and now the game won't even launch. I literally cannot play the game I paid for — twice.

Abysmal customer support, zero account security, bugs on top of bugs, and a game that doesn't even work. Save your money and your sanity.

AVOID them, and use another platform.

After being a customer for many years, I expect better. Ghost recon Breakpoint stop working for both my self and a friend. I spend hours troubleshooting. In the end I repurchased to see if that would fix it. It did not. Within 2 days (and zero playtime) I asked for a refund, and after several emails I was denied. This is robbery. AVOID them, and use another platform.

Good if you're a hacker

Had my account hacked, they managed to change the email address.
Contacted support only to be told there was nothing they could do
Absolutely useless, won't be having anything to do with these crooks in the future.
