They will cancel your flight for adverse conditions even if the weather is good, also it looks hard to get a full refund, probably it would be better to book directly with your hotel.

An unforgettable experience!

We organised this trip through our hotel after finding a lot of companies were fully booked on the day we wanted to fly when we tried to book using Get Your Guide. It was faultless from start to end and very reasonablypriced compared to others we had looked at online. We were picked up promptly from our hotel and taken to the launch site where we watched the team inflate the balloon and could watch other balloons taking to the sky.

The ride itself was incredible! Our pilot Ömer skillfully navigated the balloon between the fairy chimneys. The views from the sky were magical and it was a fabulous experience watching the sunrise from the basket.

Our landing was a little bumpy, but it added to the fun and we felt perfectly safe throughout. The 'champagne' at the end wasn't the best, but we'd not booked onto a champagne experience, we'd booked a balloon ride and that part was faultless.

There is the option to buy videos/photos at the end but the team are not pushy if this is something you're not interested in. The grounds crew were amazing and really helpful getting us in and out the basket.

We booked 3 months in advance, we go to Cappadocia and we have our flight cancelled on the same day due to weather conditions. The company is supposed to reschedule it on the next day flight but they said they were fully booked and left us without a flight without giving us any help. They clearly don’t care about their customers and they think it’s the same for people to go to Cappadocia and fly or not.

Flying on an air ballon over Cappadocia's spectacular landscape is a delightful experience. Doing it with a trustworhy, customer-friendly company, like Urgup Ballons, makes it an unforgettable lifetime event. Punctual pickup, experienced pilot who skillfully maneuvered near the cliffs and then climbed to 500m to help us savour both the lanscape and the bright sunrise. Eric, the kind magician at the office, was readily available on WhatsApp and went out of his way to make sure that we flew the 2nd moring, as flights had been canceled the 1st day.
Advice: make sure you book rescheduling to avoid disappointment due to unexpected cancelations.

On the 14th of august 2023, it was a bit windy, our pilot Sadi stopped our fly after 26 min. It supposed to be one hour (classic offer). I tried my best to have another fly and at least half an hour fly but they lie and say that the GPS record said 45 min. Fortunately I have a video at the take off with all the details at 5h41 a.m. and a picture at the landing at 6h07 a.m. (attached all the details)
The breakfast is cheap and the champagne is not a champagne.

I wanted to book the ride from the Royal ballons or Butterfly because of their reputation, but because of Tural, the hotel manager of Elite Cave Suites, I booked the ride from Urgup Ballons. I was unsure at first because I wanted this experience of mine to be problem-free. The company picked is at 6:00 AM and took to their cafe where we had a light breakfast after that we went to the launch site where we saw gas being filled in the ballons, one more thing i would like to mention that i was with my 70 year old mother and the team of Urgup Ballons helped her get in the basket. The ride was amazing and the landing was safe. The celebration was memorable too. I would highly recommend this company.

Just a suggestion for this company. If you could arrange a proper bigger ladder through which the older people can easily climb into the basket then that would be amazing, The ladder you provided was a little for my old mother to step over and get into. But anyway the experience was amazing.
