Advising on any discounts available to my lifestyle and health. Allowed me the time to go through the policies and followed up on the date and time agreed. The young man ( Joseph ) was the most helpful person that I have dealt with over the telephone in a long while. Explained everything fully and answered all my questions in a very professional manner. There was no pushing to take out the medical cover. He let me think about it for a day or so and rang back exactly when he said he would. The cover suits my needs at a price I could afford. I’m very happy with it.
