The young man ( Joseph ) was the most helpful person that I have dealt with over the telephone in a long while. Explained everything fully and answered all my questions in a very professional manner. There was no pushing to take out the medical cover. He let me think about it for a day or so and rang back exactly when he said he would. The cover suits my needs at a price I could afford. I’m very happy with it.
