The young man ( Joseph ) was the most helpful person that I have dealt with over the telephone in a long while. Explained everything fully and answered all my questions in a very professional manner. There was no pushing to take out the medical cover. He let me think about it for a day or so and rang back exactly when he said he would. The cover suits my needs at a price I could afford. I’m very happy with it.

The information I needed was explained clearly and professionally.

Spoke to Michael Gareffa he was exfremely helpful and explained everything I needed to know in good plain English, as I am in my late 70's. I’m not even a Usay Compare customer... yet!

After becoming increasingly frustrated with my current provider refusing what I believed to be a valid claim, I contacted Usay Compare after finding them through a Google search. My intention was to explore switching providers, but the experience I had was completely unexpected.

The adviser I spoke with, Tim Jowett, went above and beyond to help. There was no sales pitch and no pressure to switch. In fact, Tim advised me to stay with my current provider until my claim issue was resolved. He took the time to listen carefully to my situation and provided practical, knowledgeable advice that was genuinely helpful.

What impressed me most was the follow-up. Tim sent a personal email (clearly written by a real person, not AI-generated) with step-by-step guidance on how to challenge and progress my claim.

Having worked in the insurance industry myself for many years, I can honestly say I have rarely encountered someone as knowledgeable, helpful and genuinely nice as Tim. His professionalism and willingness to help, despite knowing I wasn't yet a customer, speaks volumes about both him and Usay Compare.

Once my current provider finally resolves this issue, I will definitely be speaking to Usay Compare about arranging my private health insurance.
